My computer at work locked up and would not reboot right in the middle of a time sensitive Inspection report that took three hours to put together. Our usual IT company we have been using for the past ten years was too busy and the soonest they could help me would be a couple days out. I called a business associate and told him my frustration in getting my computer up and running and he recommended this company to me. I called and was pleasantly surprised to get a live IT person answering the phone named Kris. She walked me through some tests over the phone and isolated what the problem was with my computer. There was a broken link to our main computer and she had me easily set up access for her to work remotely from our main computer. I knew that computer was due to be replaced next month because it was operating slow but I needed to get up and running ASAP. Our main computer was working so slow that when she would start the repair remotely it would time out after a few minutes of work. I told her we needed to get these computers up and running as it was costing us hundreds of dollars per hour without them operating. Kris said she could be out in twenty minutes and felt confident that she knew what the problem was and could get us up and running. Within a few hours she was able to fix our network and provide a patch using our tech's lap top to retrieve the Inspection report I thought was gone for good. There was also something wrong with our Windows program causing big problems she was able to fix right away. From the first contact it sure was refreshing to talk with an IT person that understood my technical problem AND my business problem of getting the computers up and running quickly. Kris was very professional, pleasant and knew computers. She had a special talent of communicating technical computer issues in a way that even I understood. Her quick response to get our computers up and running saved the company thousands in lost time and customer contacts. I would highly recommend this company for computer issues and ask to speak with Kris. She recommended upgrades moving into the future and provided a very reasonable quote to replace one of our computers that is seven years old that I will be replacing.
