DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT call the BURLINGTON repair for Bigelow! Their service men spend literally 90 seconds in your home, don't even stick their heads in the refrigerator! Mark the owner no better. Call him for help, see how far you get!!!

I used them for my new washing machine repair. They are good at what they do. Their technicians are good.

He came in; did the job and he explained what he was doing. He was very pleasant and I liked the service. He did not have to go back to the store for parts; he had them with him so I feel like he was prepared and knowledgeable about the work that he was doing. He was here when he said he would be.

I went to the store and they found the perfect stove and brought it to our house and installed it. All part of the price we paid for the stove. No hidden costs.

I had a price I found on the internet and they matched that price. The price at the store was MUCH higher. I'm a smart shopper, but someone who didn't do all their homework might pay more, which I don't agree with . They were great to work with. Knowledgable, gave me a new rebate as the original had expired, told me truthfully what to expect. I would do business with them again, but I'd be sure to do a lot of price comparison before I walked in the store.

While they were at our house I inquired about our range (repairing it to give to a relative). The service man told me what it would cost and after my approval, repaired it on the spot saving my relative a repair trip charge. They are always courteous going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. They charge a small delivery fee compared to big box stores. There are no hidden fees for hooking up the appliances. Their prices are slightly more than big box stores but they are worth it.

I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH THEM.
