+ 1 moreThe cost listed above is installation costs only. All materials were purchased separately by the homeowner. Tim is an absolutely fabulous human being. Once you have Tim work for you he becomes a part of your family. He is a perfectionist so everything is done right the first time he does it. He makes sure he measures correctly, figures out the wattage capacity, etc. before ever starting the job. We have had Tim do several other jobs including installing a Panamax box for our plasma TV, and rewiring our garage so it is all on a separate circuit than the house. Tim is not just an electrician, but an artist when it comes to designing and installing. I've referred him to many of my friends.
Description of Work: Installed 9 low voltage 4" recessed lights in kitchen and xenon track lighting underneath all kitchen cabinets, replaced two ceiling fans, added one new ceiling fan which required electrical wiring, replaced 3 flush mount ceiling lights, a chandelier in the dining room, and 2 outdoor lanterns. He also installed a new Jenn-Aire Cooktop. He installed 5 dimmers.
