I wish I could remember his name but he was super polite and fast. He removed the toilet and replaced the wax seal. Was in and out in a half hour. Works great!

For years I have had slow runoff from the bathtub. Finally a couple of guys got it done. Snaked several lines until it drains like new. Spent considerable time to do it. Great job! Price is right.

They were FABULOUS. That's the easiest way to describe our experience with Zachow & Sons. They were courteous, prompt, and most impressively fair with their pricing. We thought that we would face amazing plumbing costs with both jobs, but both times the company plumbers made recommendations that would save us money and get the job done in a way that did not cut corners. We will use them again!

The reason I gave them a B is because they had to come back and fix something they had already repaired.

I called late in the day, they said they'd be out sometime the next day. The plumber showed up and completed the work as promised. The work performed was reasonably priced.

Zachow's price was comparable with the Home Depot's no-name installation. They were prompt, on-time, and reasonable. They did a nice job of clean up after the job. We have a comfort factor with them now and will not hesitate to call them for our next plumbing need.

Work done was excellent. Communication leaves something to be desired. Getting feedback on when workers and inspectors were scheduled to come in was a problem, but the company's response to questions and issues was excellent. Would use again, but customer needs to follow up to confirm times when work will be performed.

Was able to fix the outdoor spigots rather than replace them, which we appreciated. Arrived on time and was professional. Will hire again.

I spoke to Dan and Randy and Coleen and each was very nice and very accommodating. I was able to schedule a new 40 gallon gas power vent water heater replacement for the same day I called, which was wonderful. Keith installed the unit and he was nice, very professional. Our new water heater heats the water in a fraction of the time our old one did!

Mr. Zachow gave the estimate and explained everything that needed to be done to make the new dishwasher work. A previous installer wouldn't even attempt the installation because the work was too much. The day of the work the plumber was on time and very professional. He performed all of the work exactly to my specifications. He was very apologetic when the baseboard molding wouldn't fit again due to the size of the new dishwasher. I hired a carpenter to make the cabinet adjustments and truly feel this was not the responsibility of the plumber. So, I am VERY happy with the work done and highly recommend WILLIAM A ZACHOW & SONS INC.

Poor judgement was used when removing the old water heater. The garden hose to the floor drain was removed from the water heater before all the water was out of the old water heater. Water poured onto the basement floor. I had to help the plumber sweep and push water before it reached personal items in the basement. I spent nearly an hour mopping and cleaning the rusty water off my basement floor.

Great. They just had to tighten some valves to stop the leaking. Quick and helpful. A little slow to call me back but there were at my home within 6 hours of my call.

It took a few days for Zachow to get back to me. After talking on the phone, they came out to verify the work needed and to get an estimate. It took about 4-5 days to get back to me, because Colleen wrote down the wrong number. Once they called, they came out the next day to start the work. I was happy with the work that they performed. They cleaned up after themselves. I could not even tell that they where here. I liked the price that they gave me, because it was a good $100 less then the estimate. I called Zachow based on Angies List and a friends recommendation.

We received prompt return phone calls from Zachow & Sons. The serviceman was very courteous and pleasant. He explained what work needed to be done. He also worked efficiently. I would call William Zachow & Sons again.

They did great work in a timely fashion. May have been a wee bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Plumber was on time, courteous and the work was done in approximately 1/2 hour.

The plumbers were professional, clean, punctual and personable. The results of their work were immediately apparent; taking a shower was not like standing in the rain anymore. I would recommend the company and will surely call on them again.

Don was the plumber. The time had not really been set. I was told sometime in the morning I would get a call. I didn't, so I called them and they said I was on the list to be seen shortly. When he arrived he was extremely polite and personable. The most impressive part of the visit was that he explained to me what to do the next time the problem occurs. Imagine a car mechanic doing that! Never! I thought this was quite admirable. He could have just said "Give me a call next time this happens." He also made recommendations on preventing the problem. He then replaced the furniture he had moved and left the area clean and without a trace. Also very commendable.

They were very prompt and courteous during both the estimate process and the actual work being done. Even though they did more work than was originally estimated (replacing the drain in the tub), they did not charge us any more money. They were very unobtrusive while they were at the house and were working quite diligently the whole time they were there. We have been very pleased with the water heater and the drains since they were cleaned.

William called me back soon after I initially made the call. They were at my house early and called me several times to update me about the service they were performing. I was happy to see that everything was put back where it was and they locked the door on the way out. I called them to return a message and they called back immediately, apologizing for not being able to answer the call before voice mail picked up. I was very happy with their service.

The team was there within the promised time, so I didn't have to call back. They were very nice, pleasant and very professional. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Although the price was a little higher than I expected (only about $10.00, so I'm not complaining!!), it was worth it. I asked a casual question on another plumbing subject, and the man was very truthful in telling me it wasn't his field, and I'd have to ask someone else. That definitely impressed me; he didn't try to bluff me on the subject. I will consider them again if I have another project they can do.

The individual who came to my home was so friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable! He spent almost 6 hours at my home and was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything he did, gave me several opportunities to ask questions, and cleaned up very well when he was finished. Everything works perfectly now - I will DEFINITELY recommend this company to others and will not hesitate to call them again if I need work done in the future.

He was on time, he did the work well, and it doesn't leak. I am happy and would call them again.
