The job went smoothly, except for one small problem. He left my house to get a part, but he was gone for 4 hours. I wasn't expecting this, but when he came back he got the job done within 45 minutes. It inconvenienced me, because I didn't know if I could leave or not. I have used this company before and they have done a fine job. I would consider using them in the future.

I have called them twice. They showed up on time and answered all my questions. It was a positive experience. They were professional and they did the job well. They cleaned up after themselves. I have no complaints with them.

THese guys are awesome. Have used them before will recommend them and use them over and over!!!

They have given very good service. They have resolved the issues that I have had. I would continue to use them in future.

After initial replacement plumper had to return within two weeks to further clean out debri in shower line. They did so at no additional charge!!!!!

Pros: We were again very happy with this company. They showed up on time, and explained everything (again) in detail as to what would be done. They finished about 2 hours before they expected. The overall product was more than we expected, with extra ball valves ready to go for our future upstairs projects. Cons: It took our calling Randy to verify they had received the signed estimate (they had) before we could get an appointment. This was certainly not a deal breaker, and I wouldn't hestitate to use them again because of this.

I most appreciated how Keith explained his logic before he cut into our wall. I would have been very upset if his reasoning had been wrong and we had a hole in our wall in addition to a leaky pipe.

He did a pretty good job. We liked them primarily because they were prompt and got back to us quickly. However, we thought that their price was high. If we need some work done, we might look for another plumber that has more reasonable prices because we thought we were overcharged. The charge issue was really huge. I have a friend who had a negative experience with them probably based on a price issue dispute regarding the price.

They were great from the start. Randy came out for an estimate 6 months before I started my project and he stuck with the price. the workers that came were friendly and neat and did a great job.

I called at 7:30 AM on a Monday morning. The phone was answered promptly. I was told I'd receive a call back within 15 minutes letting me know when someone could be here. I received that call within 5 minutes.The workmen arrived on time, completed the work in a professional manner, and cleaned up after themselves.

He was very professional and he was the only one who decided to do the digging by hand as the machine would damage the tree in my side walk. He was prompt and came on time.

I called at 8:30am and explained our problem. I was told someone would be at the house between 10am and 10:30am. I expected to have to wait a day for service so I was pleasantly surprised at the promptness of the service. The doorbell rang right at 10am and two gentlemen got to work right away cleaning the sewer drain. They had to dig through a lot of tree roots. They were finished in a little more than an hour, cleaned up the minimal mess that was made and were very professional. The price was very reasonable.

The person who came out was Steve, and he was quick, efficient and neat, and all the work was done correctly. We thought that the price was reasonable.

Needed to reconfigure the pipes due to the age. Did an excellent job reworking the pipes with minimal disruption. Thorough explanations on what they were doing and why.

Very prompt, timely, and professional. Overall a very good experience. Quote was done when asked and service scheduled on short notice to coordinate with new counter top and sink installation. Plumber was competent and completed the work in about two hours. The only thing I would do differently would be to ensure that the quote specified what type of materials would be used. PVC is standard for waste plumbing, but I did not want to use it for the sink and disposal traps and lines in the kitchen cabinet and thus had to later purchase my own materials for the final hook up. My own oversight as much as Mr. Zachow's.

Our plumber was polite, professional and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and was meticulous about his work.He diagnosed the problem immediately and said a new faucet would be unnecessary, as the current one would be well fixed, and it was.

The service was great when they came out to do a quote. The guy that came out was very nice. He had to order parts for me. He will be back to complete the job. The gentlemen that normally took care of us for the last ten years has retired. This guy they sent was new but did a good job.

I called on a Thursday afternoon asking if someone could come out and give me an estimate, but needed it done after 5:00 pm. The person on the phone indicated they could have someone come out the next day after the shop closed. The next day (Friday) at 6:00 pm someone came out and provided an estimate. I asked when they could have someone come out and do the work, and he said he could have someone come out next week. I mentioned I would be out of town, and asked if someone could come out over the weekend. He thought about it and said he had someone that could come the next day (Saturday). I know weekend rates are normally higher, so I asked if I would be charged the weekend rate, and he stated "no", they would charge me the normal rate. First thing Saturday morning someone was at my house and fixed everything, and cleaned up behind himself.

The plumber arrived right on time. He immediately got to work snaking the drain. He also warned me that the hardware would be the most expensive part. He was helpful in talking to me about replacing the well-made components I had rather than buying a new set. He was here and gone within an hour, everything was cleaned up and working well.

They were punctual. They were very courteous. They explained everything to me. They made sure to tell me what needed to be done and then they did it. I liked the billing. They sent me a bill and told me that I had thirty days to pay it in full, and if you don't have the bill paid in full they break it down into monthly installments with some additional interest.

They are the most professional contractors I ever dealt with. The supervisor gave the estimate and the plumber fixed everything. The plumber was just wonderful. They were always on time and I had excellent communication with them. They cleaned up once the work was done. They were really good.

William Zachow and Sons is really good. I referred a friend and he was even satisfied with their service. I like that you don't have to pay anything up front for services rendered, they send you a bill.

I found them on Angie's list. They were really fast. They came the same day for an estimate then the next morning they came and fixed it. I will definitely use them again.

They cleared a clog in the kitchen drain. They were very tidy, and clean. They were also friendly, and their price was fair. They did the job quickly. My overall experience with them has been good.

Very well - I was so glad to have the option on how to proceed with the outside work - and he helped me save some money by repairing it the way he did rather than tearing out the whole pipe system.
