They were very good. They did a very nice job, were very thorough and very efficient. They came in and we talked about what I needed to have done and they went to work, that was good and they were friendly. They were backed up such that they were very busy, so they didn't have the extra time to do anything more. So they weren't able to do everything that I wanted them to do.

They do a great job! We have them in every other week. They are punctual, thorough, and the result is great. Highly recommended.

I used the service 2x and it was not the quality I expected. On the third scheduled visit Tim called at the exact time they were supposed to be here and said he could not come because he and Rachel were sick. I understand people do get sick, but why did he wait until the time he was supposed to be here to notify me. I had planned a party for that day. Because of the time factor, I couldn't even get someone else. So, no I would not use him again.

Very nice and concerned with doing a great job. We had had construction and the dust kept re-settling. They kept going over the floor to do the best that could be done. They were willing to try anything to get it clean.

I called to arrange a deep clean of my condo before putting it on the market. Tim called back later that day and said he could accommodate me that same week. Unfortunately their phone was having mechanical difficulties and I could not get it cleaned the day I was hoping to have it done. But Tim went out of his way to help me meet my deadline to have my condo on the market by the next week. He made arrangements to come clean on a Saturday (which he doesn't usually do). They did a wonderful job. The place smelled really nice, too. I really liked that they use Eco-friendly cleaning supplies. I am very happy with the service they provided. I will definitely use them again in my new place.

It went very well. They came and cleaned and we were happy. The staff that came out was fine. It did not cost us any more than the big deal purchase. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

They are the friendliest and most courteous pair of highly competent and professional cleaners we have ever had the pleasure to hire. They worked hard every minute cleaning and polishing. We have had so many of the national brand maid services, and this company outshines all of them by a mile. There were no streaky floors, faucets, and forgotten dirty corners. Everything was done in the same manner that I as homeowner who loves and cherishes their home would've cleaned it when inviting over my most cherished friends for a special occasion.

One of the Ladies was a little slow...but they Did a great Job cleaning most of my House in 2 hrs.

Tim and another housekeeper arrived during the given time period. Tim asked me which areas I would like him to concentrate on. (We have an approximately 3500 sq. foot house so it would not be possible to get it all done in four hours). I asked him to concentrate on the bathrooms, kitchen, dusting and steam mopping my floors. They did a VERY thorough job on my bathrooms. I was so happy to see when I went to take a shower later that night that my shower door was actually clear for the first time since we moved in. All the hard water build up was gone. All the bathrooms looked great, my appliances and floors were nice and clean. The only negative thing is they could have done a better job cleaning the granite counter tops. With dark granite sometimes you can't see the dirt as much as feel it. Also, he did add some extra time at no charge to finish what they were working on which to me shows a great work ethic. He was very professional and I asked him for a quote to come back on a regular basis. The price seems reasonable - I don't have anything to compare it to because I've never used a cleaning service on a regular basis. I will more than likely be hiring Tidy Tim's on a regular basis.

Rachael and Tim arrived on time. I'd prepared a list for them by priority since I wasn't sure they could get the entire house clean in the 4 man hours of work I'd purchased. They split up the duties and got through most of the list. The areas that they got to were cleaned well and I was happy with them. I only wish they'd been able to cover more areas. I feel that they weren't quite as efficient as some of the previous cleaners I've had. But what they did do was done well. I have a 1600 sq ft condo with three bathrooms and two bedrooms and to be fair, it hadn't been professionally cleaned in awhile, so this wasn't a light cleaning job.

Tim was professional to work with and is obviously a hard worker! He and his assistant did a great job cleaning our house after construction. Floors were perfect and the tub has never been so white. I walked in and the house smelled like lavender and was perfect. I would recommend him to others and would consider him for regular cleanings at our house.

They were very professional, on time and did a very good job of cleaning. They even dusted the tops of my cabinets. I am going to have them clean on a regular basis for me as it was so nice to know that the house was clean, I want that feeling every month.

Tim and his partner were on time, went right to work, and did a very thorough job. They wore dust covers on their shoes and were very respectful of my home. I plan to use them on a regular basis from now on.

We have used cleaning companies across the United States for various homes. Tidy Tim's price, service, and even better? EXTRA work they do for us, and no complaints, is more than what we pay for. Our home looks ready for a professional photo shoot after each Tidy Tim Cleaning.

Deep cleaning of 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, appliances in kitchen, living room, dining area, inside and outside of windows throughout, hardwood floors, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning all outside surfaces using awesome green products. Dusted ceilings, corners and washed baseboards. We did not have them clean the inside of anything (appliances, closets, drawers, cabinets, etc) OUTSTANDING, prompt service. Great price. The house was literally sparkling clean top to bottom. Quiet, likable, fast moving, efficient people. Will use their service again for sure.

We searched for a quality cleaning company that fully understood our needs. We interviewed no less than a dozen companies. Tidy Tim's has by far exceeded our expectations. Tidy Tim's started our cleanings early May, 2013 and since that time has gone above and beyond for us. Not only are they punctual, the home is spotless when complete. Tim has even assisted us with finding missing items, took a few photos of some issues he thought might be of concern and ran out to get a bottle of champagne for a bridal party. We have used cleaning services in our Lake Tahoe property for 3 years and if we could find a Tidy Tim's crew there, we would be quite pleased. Tim's pricing for our 4,000 square foot home is amazing. Tidy Tim's also did a DEEP CLEAN for us after construction and after we moved in. My wife and I could not clean as well. When we need assistance or have a question, Tim responds immediately. His crew is friendly, trust worthy and efficient. If you seek a house cleaning company, whether it is just one time for a party, weekly, monthly, whatever, we highly suggest you try Tidy Tim's.

They arrived on time, and I showed them around and explained what they had to do and what I expected of them. They seemed professional at first but then their work slagged immediately. One of them took over two hours to clean the master bath and the other took the two hours dusting three rooms with minimal furniture on the upper level. They were asked NOT to vacuum as we thought that would allow them to finish the cleaning in the two hours. As the two hours ended, Tim said he would be charging hourly at a rate of $36/hr. for every hour of cleaning. They were nowhere close to finishing...the living area, formal dining, kitchen, family room, vanity room, the fans, windows, etc. , and general area were still unclean. Only the 2 bathrooms and the dusting in the three rooms (not the master bedroom), the staircase were done. We allowed them to clean for another hour and I told them that that was it! They were to leave right after...we were not going to pay any more on an hourly basis, thereafter. They were intentionally extremely slow the first two hours, hoping to make more during the hourly rated time. Their work was very mediocre, the man moved around with a feather duster, as slow as can be. When told, they answered they were deep cleaning...which was total BS. Very unhappy with their professionalism...they are as good as con artists, conning people into paying more by the hour. The majority of the cleaning was incomplete, so we ended up paying the $99 + $20!
