Description of Work: I spoke with Tom and described the work to be done and sent pictures of the concrete steps that needed to be replaced. Tom said he would drive by so he could "" decide if he wanted to do the job"". He never called back and never returned my text or phone messages. I guess he decided he didn't want to do the work.

Description of Work: No work performed. This guy is unreliable and/or doesn't deal in small $ jobs. Probably both. He says he'd come out for an estimate. And, that I'd not need to be there. Sure... He didn't show up or even look at it I'm sure.
