We just loved working with the Cabinetree. Everyone who came to the house was polite, knowledgeable and a fine craftsman! We are so pleased with the outcome of our basement project and would recommend this company to our friends and family. They assisted with design elements all the way through and were flexible when we wanted to add “another great idea” to the project. We will definitely use their services again!

We wanted to add some cabinets matching the existing stuff, which we bought from Cabinetree about 15 years ago. They don't make custom cabinets and are reliant on a factory. Somewhere. The factory still had our old style. But matching the old honey maple finish was going to cost almost a couple grand. Which was crazy. I asked if I could buy the cabinets unfinished so I could do the color match myself. I've also installed a lot of cabinets and have all the jacks and tools so didn't need installation. Two months passed. Finally shot an e-mail to my contact guy Ron. Several days later he sent me a very brief note that we were not a "good fit" for the Cabinetree. He suggested we hire a custom cabinet maker. I suppose it could be good advice. Why oh why though did it take months for us to receive the good advice? I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and speculate that the factory isn't running at full speed during COVID time. Everybody is stessed. I don't want to be too harsh. I just don't know what exactly went wrong here. Am now researching and getting quotes from custom cabinet makers in my area. I will say we were pleased with the original base cabinets we bought from Cabinetree years ago. They are good quality and still look great to this day. I also thought we got good value. At that time anyway I was just able to buy the cabinets and handle installation myself.

Had to request another salesperson due to being ignored. The decorator made poor suggestions. Am very unhappy with the paint color she chose

They came out for the initial inspection but never got back to us with an estimate or anything. He was on time when he came. I would probably not use them in the future.

I had to wait a bit to get the quote back, and there was never really any followup after he sent me the quote. I would consider using his service or getting a quote from him again in the future.

They were very easy to work with. The lady that we were working with was working part-time because of her health issues. But, she was very responsive. The only time the kitchen was out of commission was only during the actual work, which was about a week. She had everything lined up and it worked like clock work.

Everything was wonderful and they are very professional and their price was just too prohibited. They are excellent people.

HORRIBLE!!!! We had to take over the job on our own. Too many words to describe this terrible operation.

From start to finish the work was superb! Ultra fast & well done! The job began on a Monday with the cabinets being cleared out & by Thursday afternoon all cabinet work was done. Measuring was done for the counters that afternoon & were installed ONE WEEK later. How's that for fast? The tile work done by Mike is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend The Cabinetree to my family & friends.

When they came back with the quote, it was completely off. When we asked them to do it again, they weren't ready with the design and it still wasn't right. They were very rude.

I originally visited The Cabinetree to see what types of countertops they offered and how much they cost installed. I made 3 visits and asked questions each time before placing an order. ALL the people were very helpful, friendly and patient, even when busy with multiple customers. The price ended up being the lowest of all the estimates I had gotten, about half of what Lowe's wanted, for example. The "measurer" was on time and friendly. The installers were also on time, friendly, neat and did a very high quality installation job (and my wife and I are reasonably demanding of quality workmanship). I would recommend them highly to anyone and everyone. The entire experience couldn't have been better. A real pleasure!

They have a wide array of options for cabinets. I decided not to work with them as this company was not as thorough as another I received a quote from. Their price was also not as low.

The price was fair and they were great. They were professional and did a great job.

They do not do Formica cabinets, so I couldn't use them.

Jonathan was great to work with for the design of our kitchen. We had ideas in mind but he helped us to fine tune them. He also was very knowledgeable. The Omega/Dynasty line of cabinets is high quality and comes with the features that are upgrades on most other cabinets like full overlay, full drawer extension with soft closure. We even were able to upgrade to cherry for no additional charge. They installed right on schedule and even came back to adjust a couple of items. The kitchen is beautiful.

Very bad experience! Cabinets were damaged and installed poorly. Company practices deception in saying one thing and coming through with another. We were made to feel like we weren't happy because we were trying to get out of paying them. These people offered the worst product and customer service I've ever encountered in my life. At one point we were told "I don't really care what you think" when trying to communicate about how we weren't satisfied with the quality and appearance. When we tried to communicate with the owner he HUNG UP on us! Unbelievable. We've determined that you get good service ONLY if you spend A LOT of money, otherwise you mean nothing to them.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH CABINETREE WAS ABYSMAL. THEY TOOK MONTHS TO COMPLETE PUNCH-LIST ITEMS AND THEIR DRYWALL WORK WAS POOR. THEY REFUSED TO FIX THE DRYWALL. BY FAR OUR GREATEST COMPLAINT, HOWEVER, WAS THEIR DESIGN FOR HEATING THE KITCHEN. CABINETREE REMOVED A LARGE, CAST-IRON RADIATOR. THEY PROPOSED TO REPLACE THE RADIATOR WITH A SMALL TOE-KICK HEATER, WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED. CABINETREE CLAIMS THAT IT DOESN'T WORK BECAUSE OUR FURNACE IS ''UNDERSIZED,'' AND DOESN'T SEND ENOUGH HOT WATER TO THE TOE-KICK HEATER. WE NOW HAVE A COLD KITCHEN DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. CABINETREE HAS REFUSED NOT ONLY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE; THEY HAVE REFUSED EVEN TO PROPOSE A FIX AT SOME REASONABLE UP CHARGE. AS FAR AS THEY'RE CONCERNED THEIR POOR DESIGN WORK IS OUR PROBLEM. I HAVE ARGUED WITH THE OWNER, TERRY RIPPLE, A NUMBER OF TIMES, AND HAVE FOUND HIM SURLY AND UNETHICAL. AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS SHOULD AVOID THE CABINETREE AT ALL COSTS.

AN OUTSTANDING COMPANY TO WORK WITH THAT CAREFULLY SELECTS THE SUBCONTRACTORS IT CHOOSES TO WORK WITH. MATT WALLACE SERVED AS SALESPERSON/PROJECT MANAGER. HE WAS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND RESPONSIVE WHEN PROBLEMS AROSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MATT AND THIS FIRM.
