The work went quickly and cleanly. The yellow jackets did still appear a week later, so a second application was needed, but that was included in the initial price. Great work!

He was very responsive. It did require a 2nd trip to completely kill off all wasps but there was no extra charge and they appear to now be gone. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely call again in the future.

This year I had Bee Man do the spring preventative treatment as I had several yellow jacket nest last year. As I am highly allergic to these wasps I am always concerned about ground nests. Just a couple of weeks ago I saw a large nest was dug up by a critter right at my front window. As I was currently in the process of having that area painted, I called Bee Man to explain the situation. Kurt came over that same day and the painters were able to finish up a couple of days later. Bee Man has always been very responsive and through. They had literally saved me from another ER visit. They are also very educational with regard to bees, wasps, etc. they are very mindful of the beneficial bees and when killing wasps they try to ensure that bees will not be affected.

Receptionist was very helpful in providing information and recommendations. Services were performed in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this company again.

He came when he said he would and he did a super, super job. He went above and beyond what he was supposed to do. I would recommend him very, very highly. I had the best service that I could ever have with someone that came to my house.

Everything went really well. They came out very quickly within a few days. Every time I called the woman who answered was courteous and helpful. I don't have a point of reference on the price because they are the only provider I called based on AL reviews as well as a recommendation from my father in law. After the area was treated, about a week later I started to find yellow jackets in my bedroom. One a day to be exact for about 5 days. When I called about it I was told this is normal and should be resolved by the following weekend. It took exactly that amount of time. So far I can say I am satisfied with the service provided and would very likely hire again should the need arise.

Lorie answered the phone and was very personable and helpful, and asked for details of the probleml. She scheduled service for the following morning. Jason arrived the next morning as scheduled. Outstanding service.

The customer service person was friendly and patiently explained the process. The technician arrived the next day and immediately got to work. He assessed the situation, identified the insects as yellow jackets, assured me he would take care of the problem, then injected the treatment into the ground. From what I can tell so far, the treatment has been effective. The only negative comment is that they said they would call ahead to say when they would arrive. The technician didn't call until he was already parked in my driveway. I would definitely use this service again.

We are guaranteed to have their services for the rest of the calendar year. They will come out and treat any stinging insects and they do. I've called them back on several occasions and they always come back and take care of the problem right away.

The Bee man arrived the same day I called and destroyed a nest of yellow jackets in a very difficult, hard to reach spot underneath bushes near our front door. After many exasperating attempts to do this myself, I was very impressed that he was able to do this so promptly and effectively with just one treatment. I would definitely use their services again in the future and prevent a very painful experience!

He did a fine job. They gaurantee their work and they did come back out again at no charge. They did what they said what they were going to do.

The rep on the phone had full understanding of the difficulties and dangers of my attempts to eliminate the hive. She put me on hold for a moment and contacted on the service reps who was in transit back to headquarters. She said the technician would arrive within 30 minutes. The tech was a college student who had done this job for a few years. He was totally professional and much braver than I! Once I shower him where the entry point was he got the necessary extension tools and fired up the chemical pressurized tank. He sprayed for about 10 minutes, told me any bees outside the nest would enter and be killed. But the results were immediate - the population of bees in the nest was instantly killed. He told me how long I should wait before patching the hole (three weeks). This was the best $100 I've spent in a long time... I will use them again if I get another hive I can't kill.

I had called them in the spring about our annual invasion of box elder bugs. He told me then would not be a good time to do it, and he would put me on the list (along with over 100 other people) and call me in September when the spraying is most effective. He called and said they were coming the following week, but no specific date or time because of the rainy weather we had been receiving. Since spraying, we have had no Asian beetles at all, and about 10 dead box elders, compared to literally hundreds, if not 1000's, of them. What they did apparently worked and we have none inside and none outside. Very pleased with what they did. Be prepared to wash the exterior of your windows, though, as this process makes a mess of them(probably because of the hard water).

Overall, we got good, responsive and prompt service from them on a very short notice (i.e. same day). My wife was visciously attacked by a group of yellow jackets. We think she had accidently disturbed a nest just outside of our home. The yellow jacket's nest was built in a ladder's footing which laid against the house. She was outside watering plants, bushes. We had used them before and had a good experience. However, at $185.00 for being at our home for 35 mins. and some chemical powders is expensive in my opinion. I guess everyone feels highly about their services and qualifications these days? Thus charging higher labor rates.

The job they performed was excellent. They came the same day and followed the instructions I left them to exterminate an infestastion of hornets that had infilitrated our roof and were entering our basement. Excellent, prompt, professional.

They were great. Called right back, came the next day and haven't had any problems since.

This is the fourth time I've called them for various bee problems in the past three years. In Milwaukee and Watertown they always show up in a day or two after the first call. I've only been there twice since they are so reliable and quick. They really know their types of bees, how to eliminate them and give tips on how to prevent them from returning. Their work is guaranteed and when I called them once, after all the yellow jackets weren't gone within a week, they came right back out and didn't send a new bill. Great company, good workers.

Promised to come that evening when the wasps are in their nest and dormant. Came at 10:30 pm and removed the nest by bagging it.. A few wasps escaped and headed to the our front porch lights and he came over to take care of them. Job well done. Other places we called were going to come during the day and use wrong techniques.

The receptionist was most pleasant. Curt did the work and was courteous, polite, and came in the wee hours to removed the nest. We asked him to close the garage door when finished, which he did. We will certainly recommend The Bee Man and also Angie's list. I received a senior discount, which was not reflected on invoice, but a call to office cleared up that problem.

They responded very quickly to my call and both times were here on the day I called, or the next day. After the first visit, I discovered another nest, and they gave me a price break & did not charge as much as they normally would for a second visit. I have used them in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY TO MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND THOROUGHLY TREATED MY OLD WOODEN GARAGE. THE PERSON LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND DOUBLE CHECKED DIFFERENT AREAS AT MY REQUEST. HE KNOCKED DOWN A FEW OLD NESTS, TREATED ALL ACTIVE VISIBLE NESTS, AS WELL AS SPRAYING IN EVERY CREVICE WHERE OTHER NESTS MIGHT BE. I DID NOT COMPARE PRICES, BUT THE $95 SEEMED REASONABLE TO ME. I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THE COMPANY IN THE SUMMER OF 2003 FOR AN ANNUAL ABATEMENT, WHICH THEY GUARANTEE FOR SIX MONTHS. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER THAT SUMMER. I WILL DEFINITELY DO THAT AGAIN NEXT JUNE BEFORE I END UP WITH NEW VISITORS.
