Rick is fantastic his work is top notch. He is very detail oriented, efficient, knowledgeable and does a remarkable job. We've used him for a front door installation and my parents have used him for dry wall work and wood work. My parents have used him for years and his work there is exceptional. For us as new homeowners we've only been able to do a few things as we have the time and money but I've been impressed what he has done for us. I'm surprised by the other reviewers Rick is such a nice personable guy plus he is honest and up front. I would highly recommend him for any job and we will definitely be using him again as will my parents definitely will as well.

He did such a crappy job. He didn't complete the work, and we had to chase after him when he didn't show up. We tried emailing him, calling him, using certified postal mail to contact him in any way we could. We were left with no bathroom, because our attorney said that it was evidence; photograph after photograph was taken; and for about 2 years we only had to use our powder bathroom and the one bathroom that we had upstairs. This guy is a slug, because he walked off the job. In the end, we sued him, WE won and we got our money back, but it was just awful and competently terrible experience. He was just eager to take our money and then ran with it. Stay Away!

The closet was not finished. The bathroom has to be redone. We have to do an almost total rip out and redo. Beware. Do not engage RK Systems or Rick Kasabuske. We are engaged in a law suit to recover cost of repair and damages.
Description of Work: They were supposed to remodel our bathroom, replace our tub, install a shower, put in a new toilet, vanity, and remove an adjacent wall for a walk in closet.
