+ -1 moreShe canceled at the last minute causing me to lose a half days work.
Description of Work: Renata took two days to return my call at which time she took my name, address and directions to my home. A week later on the morning of the day she is supposed to arrive she called and told me that my home is to far for her to travel! She had my address and directions for a week and said it was not to far. I wasted a week not looking for someone else and took the afternoon off of work too meet her at my home. Very disappointing and inconsiderate.

+ -1 moreRenata has been wonderful! Besides the fact that she does a great job cleaning my house, she is so accommodating. A couple times I've had gatherings at my house and Renata makes sure to put me in the schedule for the day before - so that my house is spotless for my company. Most recently I had something come up at the last minute and desperately needed her to clean my house on short notice. She had a full schedule, but she still managed to squeeze me in at the last minute.
Description of Work: Renata cleans my house once a month.

+ -1 moreRenata is fantastic! She does an excellent job cleaning my home. She is very friendly and her service is very thorough. For 12 years, I have been able to count on her showing up everytime as scheduled (which is very important given my work schedule). Her charge for services depends on the size of your house, and mine is small.
Description of Work: Renata has been providing wonderful housecleaning service to my home since 1994.
