Description of Work: The vinyl is cracked in many areas and the windows are uneven so they need to replace most of the sachets. Caulking is poor. We haven't made it though the winter yet so I'm not sure about the quality in thAt respect. A disappointment for the money as they are above the middle of the road which they will share with you on the sales pitch. Also, the install time takes along time which we needed to constantly follow up on.

 + -1 moreProvider had representatives going door to door to schedule times for estimates, which we agreed to have a representative return the following day at 10:00 am. The rep indicated that the company would call to confirm the appointment via phone the same day, which they did as promised. The scheduled appointment came and past and no one came called. I don't like to sit around waiting for someone that may or may not show up. Doesn't look good at this point, but perhaps we'll get a reasonable explanation. Funny part is, we really need the work done.
Description of Work: Provider scheduled a time to provide an estimate.
