Jason Aide is, bar none, the best contractor I've ever dealt with. After getting quotes from a number of tiling contractors and being told that I would need to hire a separate contractor to demo the walls of the bathroom before tiling, I got Jason's name from my painting contractor. Jason came in, assessed the situation quickly, gave me a shockingly reasonable quote to do both the demo and the tiling (less than the other contractors were asking just to do the tiling) and got to work quickly. This was a VERY difficult job, and Jason went above and beyond the call of duty on it. Dealing with a commercial structure built in 1929 is a job and a half. There were plumbing issues, the walls were extremely thick, and there were other contractors to contend with. Jason worked with the main hotel engineer to make sure everything was handled properly - I never even had to get involved. He worked quickly and cleanly. He picked up supplies if things that I'd purchased weren't going to work. He offered to do things that weren't on the original quote in order to get the job done right, not to jack up the final bill. He kept me up to date on his progress every step of the way. I wish I could post pictures because the bathroom looks absolutely amazing. It went from a lumpy-walled, terribly-tiled disaster to a beautiful little bathroom. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. I can't imagine using anyone else for this type of work in the future.

Jason responded very quickly after meeting us with a fair quote. He clearly takes pride in his work and offered to pay to reprint our whole kitchen because he felt he slightly mismatched the ceiling color (even though it was barely noticeable). While the job took a few days longer than expected, the quality of the work is excellent. He checked with me before changing anything and he always returned messages within hours. His prices are fair, and he is clearly honest and trustworthy. When I threw an extra job at him at the last minute, he took care of it even though it must have been a pain. Jason is a can't miss!
