 + -1 morePat and his team installed siding on my home, replaced a down spout, and diagnosed an additional drainage problem. They did excellent work.
Description of Work: Pat Morgan, owner, and his son served as Good Samaritan's for a person in need (myself). I met them while shopping at Home Depot, and they recognized that I was struggling with some home repairs. After exchanging contact information, they drove out to my home, analyzed the situation, and returned the next day to take care of everything. Pat refused to accept money. He was a true blessing!

Description of Work: Although the egress window turned out fine, communication along the way was very poor and the inside trim isn't quite right. PM Improvements did take $100 off the bill to compensate for the issue.

 + -1 moreThe whole process was easy from scheduling the date to completing the project. Pat explained the process to me and everything went as planned. It took one weekend and the window looks great. I already referred him to a neighbor and family members.
Description of Work: Pat came for the estimate and I scheduled the window to be installed a couple weeks later. It was the best price from all my estimates. He gave me a couple options and I felt confident trusting his suggestions. The crew came and dug out the area for the window and cut the basement wall and siding to fit the new window. Everything went well the window was installed and the area was cleaned up nicely. We are very happy with our new window.
