Description of Work: We connected Pella to come out and give us a quote on having our large bay window replaced. The salesman needed to reschedule the first appt. Understandable since he said his wife had a medical emergency. The second appt he called and said he had an appt near by before ours and wanted to know if he could come earlier. When he left the message he had the wrong time for the appt which I received several messages stating the correct time. His presentation was informative and no way pushy. He said he would email us in a few days with the cost. We were ready to sign. Liked the product. He repsentented the company well. We NEVER heard back from the sales person. No quote, no call. Nothing. We felt if we had to call to follow up on getting a quote that the experience of the window install wouldn't go smoothly. They lost our business.

Description of Work: We have Pella windows and after 13 years noticed that water was pooling on the sill after heavy rains. Verhalen wanted a prepaid CC including security codes before they would come out for a service call. The technician spent less than 15 minutes in the first call sealing the window outside but did not caulk the entire window. As a result in the next storm we saw another rivulet on the inside where he had not caulked. We called again. Their work is fine but IMHO it should have been handled in a single call. Now we will see if it leaks again from the top where he still did not caulk. Did not have a ladder to reach the second story of our home. This seems strange for a window technician.
