Plumber and Owner Marty Klemm installed a new faucet and garbage disposal Saturday August 5th before we went on vacation for a week. Upon returning from vacation, we discovered that our kitchen floors were completely wet. We shut off the water and requested Mr. Klemm to fix the loose fitting extension he didn’t tighten down properly, which caused the leak and subsequent water damage to our wood floors. Most plumbers have business insurance to cover situations like this; in this case, Mr. Klemm refused to claim this water damage on his business insurance. As a homeowner, we were left with no choice, but to use our own insurance company with a large deductible. Finally, we got our wood floors fixed January 2018 after having to remove all furniture and stay in a hotel for a week. Mr. Klemm claims he has an impeccable plumbing record and has never used his business insurance on any of his plumbing projects. Marty Klemm refuses to stand behind his work, makes excuses as to why it is not his problem and has no integrity. He has been completely dishonest in all of our dealings to resolve the situation. Use anyone but this company, since it will cost you time and money!

Marty was great! He was very easy to get in initial contact with and was happy to come out and give me a quote. The day he came to my house he was prompt and addressed all my questions. After I received his quote, I hired him immediately and he scheduled me the very next week. Marty did an excellent job setting the bathtub, he set it in mortar and it feels very secure and solid. He used blankets to protect the bathtub and the floors from scratches and dirt while he worked. Additionally, he fixed a few things that a previous plumber I hired failed to do at no extra charge! The plumbing inspector came a few days later to inspect the work and passed the plumbing permit with no problems. Overall, I regret that I didn't find Marty sooner, he is definitely the plumber I would recommend to my family and friends from now on.
