John and his crew just completed our beautiful new deck and we could not have been more pleased with the results! From start to finish they listened to and implemented all of our requests. If there was ANY question about something, John confirmed what we wanted. They were able to start work on a very timely basis and worked very hard to get the job done. It was really fun watching them work, as they were so particular and precise with every step. Dates and times given were kept. Every last bit of materials and mess was cleaned up. There were no surprise charges. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Kirch Improvements for anyone planning a new deck!

Kirch Improvements LLC is who you want to build your deck! John and his crew were wonderful. John, from the time he came for the free estimate and throughout the entire build, was very informative and thorough. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The demo and construction of our project went flawlessly. They were very respectful of the surrounding areas around the deck and always cleaned and oicked up the work area. And the finished product?! Couldn't be any happier!! One of the best exeriences we have ever had.

We are so glad we went with Kirch. We narrowed it down to Kirch and one other builder we liked, but went with Kirch because they could meet our timeline (which the other vendor said they would not be able to meet and didn’t think anyone could). Well, they didn’t just meet our timeline, they beat it by 2 weeks. We had a run of good weather and they got after it. No let up once they started. Very organized. Start early and work hard all day. Communicative throughout entire process. Jaclyn responds to emails immediately. John talks you through everything and follows through on what he says. And the results are fantastic! We love our new deck. Exactly what we wanted and expected. We practically live on our deck May through September, and with this new deck it’s an even better place to hangout and relax with family and friends. So happy with it. Worth every penny. Worked with us to get approval from the Village of Waukesha which proved to need extra steps. They said 2 days to install and it was exactly that. Never had to worry during the process about communication which wasn't easy for them as we had vacations and surgery planned. Great company!! Our deck is beautiful!

Not a negative thing we can say about Kirch Improvements. This was our first time ever hiring a contractor and making this big of a financial investment so needless to say we were a bit apprehensive going into it. But all we had to do was tell them what we were looking for and they did all the rest of the work. Jaclyn was always prompt in responding to our questions. John and his crew were very professional. Everything started on time and they even worked through the rain (even when we didn’t expect them to) to ensure the build didn’t have to be delayed. We would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone looking for deck design/construction! Our deck is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier.

Our deck and screened in porch looks amazing! We have received numerous compliments!!! John Kirsch and his team do just outstanding work. The communication was fantastic and instantaneous! John's pleasant personality makes it such a pleasure to work with him. From the moment he came to give us an estimate, I had such a positive feeling/vibe that I knew he was the contractor for us! We really enjoyed working with this very talented and creative team! We are having such a great time on our new multi level deck and screened in porch. Even our four dogs are enjoying these new spaces as well! :)

We are not moving forward at this time due to job uncertainty but would definitely call back when we are ready.

Kirch Improvements was amazing. The design was perfect. With the new design, we added additional square footage and lights. The craftsmanship was excellent. Kirch installed a deck for an above ground pool including stairs, rails, and gate. They were extremely easy to work with, responsive, and provided ideas for the project. The quote was competitive and I never had to worry about anything. I felt very confident with the work and staff. Even my kids said that they were nice!! The deck looks amazing and is built with high quality materials that will last a life time. Communication was constant. They did lots of different things to make it look great including picture frame border, lining the deck under the pool edge and other nice touches

Amazing service throughout the process. John and his team did a great job of helping us design a deck that works best for us and our property. They have a great process and do it well. The deck is extremely safe, beautiful and very affordable. No one else who bid on our project was even close to the quality and attentiveness Kirch showed.

They were always ready to answer questions, may small adjustments and work with other contractors we had. After seeing how technical this type of deck can be to install, I’m glad I hired someone who really knew what they were doing.

He replied immediately, met with us at our home promptly and on time, presentation of materials and workmanship was very professional, answered all questions and sent a detailed estimate within days. Our wood deck was removed and the new Azek deck was installed in one day. Workmanship was excellent. We would highly recommend Kirch Improvements.

My wife and I hired Kirch to build a deck for our new home. They were great to work with. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while we went through the design process. The speed at which they built the deck was really impressive and showed their experience in deck building. We know other people in our neighborhood used them as well, and I'm sure there will be more to follow. We would definitely hire them again for any future projects.
