Description of Work: I live in a condo that was built in 1969. When I decided to remodel my kitchen and hallway into my bedroom I found this "family" on your site. They were very thorough with their painting and took time to pay attention to detail. The family was comprised of a father and his son. The father is very "old school" and his son is learning the value of quality work very quickly. The job took two days (Saturday and Sunday), and they worked eight hours each day to complete the task.... at no extra cost! I think my roommate stated it best.... They worked like it was it was their own home...

 + 2 moreRamiro arrived when he said he would; he gets right to work and did a beautiful job on our portico. Then he cleans up very fastidiously. He was on his hands and knees cleaning each tile of the flooring when he was done. He cleaned out the 5 gal. container and offered it to us for future use. He was careful not to clean up on the grass but on a stone area. He is very meticulous about his work. If you have trouble communicating with him in English, he puts his son on the phone who is very fluent in English. He comes to the house to do a free estimate, and it is easier to communicate with him in person. His excellent painting is worth a little difficulty in the communication. He is also just a very pleasant person to have around; very friendly yet professional.
Description of Work: We hired Ramiro Reyes to paint the outside portico on our stucco home. The cost was minus the paint.
