MEANWHILE, A COMPETITOR STATED THE GROUT WAS IN GOOD CONDITION AND ONLY NEEDED TO BE RESEALED. THE COMPETITOR COMPLETED THE WORK FOR FAR LESS THAN GROUT REPAIR OF WI QUOTED.
