Description of Work: Removed two old furnaces and installed one new one. Work done promptly and well. All of their employees made the experience a very positive one.

Description of Work: Fixed the furnace. They were prompt and much less expensive than others quoted me. I had to have them come out on a Sunday, so I knew it would be more expensive than a regular service call.

Description of Work: Gas furnace would not stay lit. Came out earlier than originally told they would be available and cleaned sensor to fix problem. No parts required.

Description of Work: They installed a Nest Thermostat and helped us get it connected and helped with some basic programing of it.

They were very friendly when I set appointment, service tech showed up on time and was very thorough completing the P.M maintanence and explaining importance on different filters to help reduce issues with allergies. very thorough in cleanup before departing.

Description of Work: Gross replaced our heating and air conditioning system with a very efficient new Carrier system. The salesman was very professional and thoroughly explained several options. The installation crew were neat and answered all our questions. I'm happy to recommend Gross Heating to anyone.

Description of Work: My furnace was not starting and they got someone out to my home the same day! They were not too clear on the time and we had to call 2 times to figure out when the worker would arrive, however, overall the service was quick and resolved our issue. The price was reasonable, I would say average price, not the lowest or highest.

Description of Work: My air conditioner died on one of the hottest days I can remember in the evening. I called several air conditioner repair companies, butGross Air Conditioning was the only one to respond immediately. They were able to come the next day. The repair person was so nice,showed up just when he said, took a look and suggested that we might try jump starting it. But, we would have to wait about half hour for the other truck with the jump starter. He sat, in that heat, in his truck, waiting for the jump starter. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I needed a new air conditioner. The sales person, Greg, I believe, came right away. They offered a well known excellent brand at a reasonable price with a 12 month interest free loan and the price of the house call was deducted from my total bill. And it could be installed on Saturday. I needed no convincing. I was thrilled. The electrician came on Monday for finishing touches, though I could use the air conditioner as of the installation day. Everyone was professional, personable, and the work was done beautifully. I can be very critical, but have nothing but good to say about Gross Air Conditioning.

Description of Work: Had a rattle in upper when a/c ran. They came out the next day. Mike was polite, professional, and competent. He found something in the duct which was causing the rattle and when I asked him how I could fix this myself if it happened in the future he told me. Staff I spoke to on the phone was professional and helpful. I'm very satisfied. They installed my furnaces and a/c. The price today included two high effeciency filters which he brought out and installed and which only cost about $2.00 more than at the big box hardware stores and he gave me that information. Very pleased. He was on time and I got the call I asked for to let me know he was on his way. I like it that he told me how to fix it myself. Some repair people I have had in the past have acted as though a woman wouldn't be able to do such things, there was none of that today and his attititude was good. Price seems reasonable to me given that it included $64.00 worth of filters.

Description of Work: Greg from Gross Heating came out and heard the needs of this individual. Before even suggesting a new furnance, he very professionally and in laymen terms went over a list of 3-4 possible rememdies. They sounded very logical and reasonable. Also, unlike one other vendor, he presented the prices up front for each potential repair. I have to say, in my 20-25 years of adulthood, home owner..no one else has discovered the benefits of doing so! I am going to contract with this vendor should I need a furnance replacement! Description of Work: Did complete hvac replacement on my home, furnace and heat pump. Superb work initially very clean and respectful of my property. Attention to detail in every respect. Minor snafu with the dampers they came out anf figured out the problem and got it fixed in no time under warranty.
