I would highly suggest them. They do a beautiful job and I have used them several times. They did an excellent job and I trust them explicitly. The price depends on the size because we have several rental units. We have 2300 square feet downstairs and the living room is huge and I spent about $300. I have no complaints at all. There is only one person that does the job and he does an excellent job. The price is worth it for what you get.

I didn't have a good experience with him. The guy was just a salesman rather than really helping me figure out what's best for my house. He was trying hard to sell me his version of what he wanted to sell. He was trying to sell me readymade floor versus the kind of raw, which had to be sanded and stained. He was just trying to make an easy way out and to make his life easier. I asked him directly what the advantage of using readymade floors is and he said there is no advantage. I asked him then why people do it and he's like he doesn't know. He wasn't being forthright. I didn't trust him, so I didn't call him back. He was responsive.

The quote was little bit out of my budget. He was very polite and on time. He went in and took the measurements but when he sent me the quote it was out of my budget for the small space that had to be finished. He told that he could do the unfinished oak, framed and strained it but when the quote came I thought that it was too much for me for a small space. He was very professional. I don’t think that I would call him again for an estimate as it is going to be pricy for me.

Loved working with them. They recommended the product over a snap together pergo style floor because of how uneven our floor was. They said it would void the warranty - which no one else mentioned. They were not at all pushy and let us take our time making the decision. I was concerned about using a vinyl, but this product looks fantastic. The installer was also great. Very respectful and funny, didn't feel at all uncomfortable having him in my home. We have a great financing plan through them as well so we aren't being stretched too thin money wise with all the improvements we have been doing. Will definitely be going to them again when we get to the bathroom floors.

We did not have to deal with pushy or phony sales pitches. We received an estimate from Floortech within one week. Floortech was very patient with us knowing we were having major remodeling done in our family room and kitchen. We had to work around our cabinet maker which caused some major delays. Floortech said they could easily work with us and they truly did. They started on our flooring two days before Thanksgiving and completed the project the entire week after Thanksgiving. They had to replace one-third of our sub flooring in the family room to replace the bad joist. This was a MAJOR project and task that only true professionals could perform! We are extremely happy we hired someone who knew what they were doing! Floortech was extremely professional and they took extra precautionary measures to make sure the job was done to perfection. We couldn't be happier with our flooring. It's beautiful! They were very reasonably priced, they were fair, honest and professional. We would highly recommend them.

At the Bluemound Rd. Brookfield, WI location, the in-store sales staff were helpful, informative, professional. Installers were from Floortech's Racine, WI location and they were punctual, polite and professional. Project took 3 1/2 days in all. Old materials that were removed were hauled away and work area was cleaned and neat at the end of each day. Upon completion of the job, all areas (even garage) were cleaned with no evidence of work having been done. Work was exceptional and floors look great!
