+ -1 moreI called to ask about how much a hard drive replacement was for my Mac and they gave me the price options. I brought the computer in and was able to describe my needs and hear the options. I was told it would be ready the next day. I got an email a few hours later with the diagnosis (at 8:00 PM). The computer was fixed and a full diagnosis was given in less than a day. Wonderful thank you.
