The furniture is fantastic: good quality wood, excellent upholstery, expensive but worth it. Design services were underwhelming. Had to ask for simple layout of furniture. When finally delivered talked to "designer" and asked for another layout repositioning new furniture on computer layout but had to get store manager involved in order to see another layout of very easy rooms. No follow-through with design promises. After furniture was delivered we never heard from "designer" again even though assistance was promised in looking at artwork and finalizing accessories. Have to finish ourselves. Would definitely order furniture again from Ethan Allen but would never use their free "design" services, especially this "designer."
