ECTS was the first computer service to call me. I told Jason the problem with 2 of our computers, and made suggestions regarding the 3 computers we had that was sitting in the basement not being used. Jason gave me the detail of the work to be done. He also called me of any changes while he was trouble shooting our computers. He found issues I didn't know about and solved all issues. The cost was the same as the estimate and very reasonable. He can also remotely help me when I have a problem.
