Very disappointed, frankly shocked to see an entire staff not wearing masks. No sign on door regarding masks either. I have not seen this at any other related store in the area. After I walked out of building, I saw several patrons walk in, walk out immediately. Business lost.

I was greeted by a receptionist who was NOT wearing a mask. The sales associates do wear them except when working directly with you. There are no mask requirements posted at the door. Customers and Drexel employees are all occupying the same space not wearing them. Will not be doing any business with Drexel!!

Excellent! We remodeled our kitchen and the contractor with whom we worked recommended Drexel for cabinets. We had looked at cabinets from Home Depot, but we preferred the white color and the responsiveness of the Norcraft maple through Drexel. We worked with John Klein who was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He communicated via both phone and email and was very timely in his response. He also came to the house to measure and make sure the design was right. We had a few very small problems with the cabinets and he was immediately helpful and responsive and worked to get them resolved. The cabinets were delivered and we installed them in late December. When the humidity of summer hit, and the inevitable swelling occurred, one door no longer worked. When we notified him in July of the problem, he came to our house to adjust it and when he saw that it couldn't be adjusted enough, he ordered a new door. The cabinets were definitely a bit more expensive, but the helpfulness of John Klein from Drexel was certainly worth the extra cost.

They were absolutely outstanding. We had them do not only carpets but fiberglass flooring which got a little padding in. They were so good. We started with the office I'm sitting in right now and the family room. We had them back for the living room and then we had them back for three bedrooms. We had them back for the kitchen and hallway. We gave them a lot of business and we just thought they were outstanding. We have a 2,500 square foot house. They either do carpet or floor. They were so good, I had them do my entire parents', entire 3,000 square foot condo. I like the quality, price and workmanship. Its not only the quality of the product but the way they installed it. Its newer and better than just vinyl flooring. Its a quarter inch think and its got fiberglass in it. I can press in on it and it would actually come back out again. Its got little padding and they were built right in. They got six rooms carpeted and then three rooms, we had them put in vinyl flooring.

Things went fair. They were expensive and the cabinets are not what we expected. They were sub-contractors and their work was not the best quality. We had to have them come back and redo the cabinets. Two cabinets burst out and every time we try to close the cabinets, they were not fine. They are friendly, courteous and kind people. They listened and worked well but the quality was not the best. Their price was a little high.

Great! Shawn was punctual, professional, friendly and responsive. The installers were very good as well. The arrived when they said they would, were very professional and timely and overall did a great job. I would highly recommend Drexel.

the person arrived on time. Was done in an hour tacking down what we requested. He was very helpful and we are having him back for another project.

They were terrific to work with. They did a great job installing the carpet. They were on time and professional. They were very helpful in the store and patient while we looked at all the different samples.

I did intial online request of flooring thru Costco's website. Within a few days I got a call from Sean who set up an in home free consultation. We have children and a busy golden retriever and Sean showed us that the best option for our money would be to go with laminate rather than hardwood. Made complete sense to us as we had previous laminate in our old home. Sean did not try to push products but explained in complete detail the process. We were working on a deadline to have floors installed and they completely met those. Had install done in 1 day as it wasn't a huge area but required quite a bit of time. They tore out our old carpet and hauled away and cleaned up very well after themselves. Had 3 guys working on it. Floors look great. They did a fantastic job of putting moldings in as well.

I had a general idea of what i wanted. The designer recommended cabinetry and designed the storage tower. The subs who completed the installation and did the plumbing were great.

It was perfect and a wonderful experience.

They cabinet door they originally sent, didn't fit. Unfortunaltely, it took a couple of years to get the correct door because we had lost it. We then found the door and had to pay for the new one. It worked out fine; we got the right door with no issues.

I had to have them come back a year later to fix a seam because they installed it improperly. They had no problems coming back and they fixed it. I would say it turned out good and I was pretty happy.

I thought they were very responsive, flexible and we were very pleased with their work. There were a few things that we wanted changed throughout the project and they were very good with working with us to meet our needs. Overall, we were happy with the work and the subcontractors they recommended, also.

The designer was helpful and followed up well. Although the original blinds had defects, Drexel's owner and the designer came through with a total replacement. The installers were polite and very careful.

I order ceramic tile from them for 2 bathrooms. I was told that all the tile was in stock and that I should receive it within 3 weeks or less. The tile for the master bath came in but no one called to say it was in. It wasn't until I called them that I found out it was there. I was told that the tile for the other bathroom was on back order for 2 months. Since I wasn't in a hurry for it, I said that was fine. 2 months turned into "we have no idea when or even if we can get it". Again, very poor communication with Drexel. I had to keep calling. They would say "we will call you back" but didn't. We had put down a deposit for all of the tile in the beginning. They finally said we don't think we can get this tile (after months) but then there was a problem getting a partial refund. Not that they didn't want to give it to us but again, just very poor communication and it took me going to the store yet again to get it worked out. I would not recommend them nor would I use them again. I was very unhappy with the service or lack there of.

First, many of the cabinets came in damaged. They were replaced but it hold up constuction considerably. We knew something was going on with the builder so we made sure that all of the vendors were paid by having the checks made out directly to the vendor instead of to the builder. However, it seems we should have done the same to Drexel! Drexel hires another company to do their countertops and has NEVER PAID THEM (per Doug Matrise)!!!! Now, we have an issue with one of our countertops being incorrectly sized. While the sink is centered on the vanity it is not centered on the countertop because it is too long. Due to it being too long we can't open the door to the watercloset all the way. If it would have been the correct size; we would be able to finish opening the water closet door. We notified Drexel well within the first year of ownership of the house. And BEFORE they were sold to the Fleishmann family. They dragged their feet and never addressed the issue. They have kept us hanging now with this problem for 10 months. Today, Doug Matrise, finally came out and said they will not fix my countertop. Because the "new" owners don't have any responsiblity. It took me asking several times to even get the vendor name that supplied the countertops out of him - and he's not even sure who did the job. Pretty sad. Funny how the name is STILL Drexel, the management is STILL the same but yet they dont' have any responsibility because the Fleishmann Family took over? You DO have a responsibilty to me Drexel! Everything went wrong right from the beginning. But we had patience and faith in you. We came to genuinely like the manager, Doug and his employees and now we have been told - not responsible? Yes, Drexel came and fixed and/or ordered new cabinets (for the ones that came in damaged) and you should have. But now we are left with 2 missing skins on the bathroom vanities and a countertop that really must be fixed - it's not just asthetics. We spent a significant amount of money with Drexel and they could care less; because they are the "new" Drexel. Any company that doesn't take care of it's pasts customers won't have them in the future.
