satellite tv service
+ -1 moreThey charged our credit card $49.99 for installation, even though they knew there would be no installation that day. I was to call and cancel the appointment AFTER the technician left & my money would be refunded within 7 business days. A month later, it still wasn't refunded. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my money back. Given that, I would never deal with this company ever again.
Description of Work: We live in a heavily wooded area and wanted to know if we could get reception via satellite. If we could, we would consider switching to one of the two available satellite companies.
