Gary did a great job for me. He's knowledgeable and professional. He also did some work for me last fall to improve the drainage around my house and raised and replaced some of my basement window wells. If you want to hire Gary do it early in the year because he gets busy in the summer and fall. That's not too surprising - when someone does a good job and has a good reputation they should be busy. Thanks Gary.
Description of Work: Removed bushes, regraded near foundation of house, put in concrete sidewalk

Gary did an outstanding job. He was through and professional. He independently diagnosed what was going on with our old drain tile and this made it much easier to decide to move ahead with repairs. In fact, after the drain tile work was done, we had Gary come back and complete some grading work along a couple of exterior walls. He did and outstanding job with that project as well.
Description of Work: Gary diagnosed our drain tile issue by creating several openings in our basement floor.

This was a job involving considerable labor, along with knowledge of proper drainage and perfection in the cutting and placement of the new concrete blocks, providing an esthetically pleasing finished wall. I appreciate the professional job provided by Gary Rollinger, P.E.
Description of Work: A badly deteriorating retaining wall of railroad ties was in need of replacement. Gary Rollinger removed the ties, and existing bushes, and replaced them with concrete block, along with drainage stone, compacted granular bed and adjacent landscaping.

We are very impressed with Gary's professionalism and his great services. He has also helped us connected with several remodelling professionals for the other projects that we are considering also. He completed all works that he agreed to do with great quality and communicated to us in email or calls with any issues or minor changes timely.

Gary came over and gave me an estimate. Told me he was booked for a few weeks and would call me with a start date. I accepted the proposal a week later, Gary called and gave me the start date which was the actual date that he did start on the project. He finished on time and with 2 grandkids around our home, he cleaned the job site daily.
Description of Work: Rebuilt retaining wall in my rear yard. Took down approximately 72 of the 6X6 landscape timbers that were rotten. Rebuilt using brand new timbers of the same size. They also straightened the wall out that had bowed in over the years.

Perfect, from start to finish! There isn't a point in this round patio that does not measure 18 feet across. I don't think anyone could do it better!
Description of Work: Gary came and laid the outside edge for our 18 foot round brick patio. After our approval, he completed the brick patio in a herringbone pattern and created pathways to our 2 patio door entrances. Absolutely Stunning! Nightly clean up of work site and all tools stored neatly away from the kids. His engineering background is a plus for any landscaping project.

It appeared to go seamlessly from start to finish. The job may have stretched into four days but he completed it in three, working long hours on the last day. The installation is quite professional and appears will last the life of the house. The job was completed just prior to a very heavy rainfall and he inquired afterward if the seed and topsoil had survived the downpour.
Description of Work: Replaced existing and securely attached seven window wells (owner provided), including backfill with rock, and finished with grading and reseeding around the house. He included leveling the air conditioner as he saw the need during the project, above and beyond what was expected.
