+ -1 moreDean was so great! He walked me through all the details and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was so personable and sat down with me for a good length of time (even though he had a busy day ahead of him) to make sure that I understood how everything impacted me.
Description of Work: My situation was a little unique as in I didn't necessarily need a full appraisal, and, after explaining to Dean my situation, he offered me a couple of options. I could have a full appraisal done on my place or I could have a market assessment done on my place to get a general idea of where it should be priced. Dean prepared a comprehensive market analysis of listed and recently sold real estate. He sat down with me and first reviewed my condo unit listing (tax assessment, sq ft, etc.). He then showed me previous sales from the past 2 years and reviewed the change in both the median and average prices of those sales. We then walked through current comparable listings and recent sales.

Description of Work: Dean was also ahead of time for me, as the other reviewer mentioned. He was polite and professional (took his shoes off right away). Very responsive - set up a day/time when it was convenient for me although he was going on vacation. His report was very thorough; he included seven comparable sales. And, he delivered the report to me on time, when he said he would. The only other thing I would have liked is to have a hard copy of the report. He delivered it through e-mail so for me to print it off, with the pictures, maps, etc. will take some time if I ever need to do so (like challenging my much higher property tax assessment!) Oh, he also used all documents I thought might be helpful to him in doing the report -- plat, house plan, etc. and returned them safely and quickly. He was also very efficient, inside and out, taking pictures and notes.
