CLEANING MAID AFFORDABLE,LLC

I called for a quote, and Reta said that they charge $41 per person per hour. I'm really not sure what is "affordable" about it.

Although it has been several months since I've had contact with this provider, I feel compelled to offer this review because my experience with them left a lot to be desired. The initial cleaning was fantastic. Everything looked great, the providers were on time, and did the work that was agreed upon. After the initial cleaning, the owner (Reta) and I agreed upon a per hour rate, and that I would pay by the hour, because each time they came, I wanted them to clean different, specific areas. Subsequent cleanings (I believe there were two or three) got less stellar with each cleaning. The final cleaning, Dina came with another woman and the woman's daughter, who appeared to be about 10 years old. Apparently this is their idea of having three people performing the work. That day, I left to run an errand, and was back within an hour. The three of them were already gone, even though I had left a check for three hours' worth of work. Not only that, but the floor wasn't clean - there was dust and dirt around the edges. I called Dina immediately and she came back (with the woman and the woman's daughter!) and did a sloppy job of finishing the floor. I did not have them come back and would never hire this company again.

Cleaning Maid Affordable did an excellent job on my house. Everything was done exactly the way I had asked. The company has been very easy to work with. Everyone I have spoken to has been very professional. I plan on continuing using Cleaning Maid Affordable to clean my home bi-weekly.

The first time they came out they had two gals. Dina and Monica. Dina always does a great job at cleaning things and then putting them back in the correct place. She really shows a lot of respect for your belongings. Dina also gave me her cell phone number and I appreciated that very much. The 2nd time, this month, Monica came out and she brought another gal with her. Dina was off at another job. Well this time, the two gals cleaned things, but at a different approach than Dina does. They tore a lot of things apart to clean them, but they do not put things back correctly. The first time I used them, they called me and let me know when they were coming, but the second time, I had to call them and they told me they would be there before noon., but not an estimated time. This second time was not as good as the first, but they still did well.

They are very nice, and I am very pleased with their service. I actually inquired with monthly service with them.

They are always prompt and always do a very good job.

This company was very accommodating. I needed quick service for a deep clean of my parents home. They owner was friendly and professional and very responsive to my needs. The workers were very friendly, fast and efficient. I would highly reccommend this company.

They finish promptly. They bring their own equipment. Their price is fair and it's standard what they charge you. They were on time the first time and they were early once when I was not expecting them for another half an hour, but it worked out fine.

I use them for special occasions. They are friendly and competent. They completed the tasks from the list I provided. I was happy with the services they provided, and thought their prices were fair. I would use them again in the future.

The experience has been excellent. They’re very friendly and are not afraid of dogs. I’d recommend them to others.

I saw an ad in one of those mailers with coupons. I called Clean Edge on a Saturday, left a message. They returned the call on a Wednesday. I made arrangements to have a deep cleaning. They performed the service and it was excellent. There is now way that I could clean as well as Clean Edge. I thought I did a good job cleaning. They put me to shame. I will have Clean Edge clean my home every other week.

It is privately owned. They are reliable, do a good job and the cleaning people are friendly and courteous. They come on a certain day but not always at a certain time, it depends on how many homes they are cleaning that day.

Someone scheduled an appointment with me in my home within a week for an assessment. The cleaners are always here on my scheduled day and usually at the same time. If they are delayed they call and let me know. They do an excellent job and are very responsive to any additional comments from me on their service. I always have at least one person I know in the crew - in the past 8 months there have been 5 different people from Clean Edge in my home. They are always personal and professional.

I continue to use Clean Edge to clean my house weekly. She follows up periodically to confirm that I am still satisfied and what they could do to serve me better. I am pleased with their service and have no intention of stopping them!

This group is on time,friendly,and very good to my 2 big dogs. Their work is very professional and very detailed. Only wish I had found them sooner!
