+ -1 moreVery rude older gentleman. Lazy, needs to retire! I asked them to fix the pressure in the kitchen faucet. He told me to change the little screen filter and it would fix the problem. He did not have one to put in nor did he offer to do it! I bought one myself, put it in and it did not change the problem! Will never call them again!

Description of Work: Called over the phone and spoke to Tom who was very knowledgeable and helped me understand a few different options. Tom hurt his arm so the owner George came over and did a terrific job in installing the new water softener.

+ -1 moreI contacted George in the morning. We tried to schedule a different date, but only that evening was working with my calendar, and George agreed to come out. It turns out it was his day off. He was prompt, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. Did a great job.

HE TALKED ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF DIFFERENT SOFTENERS (HE SELLS SEVERAL). HE INSTALLED THE EQUIPMENT HIMSELF AND EXTENDED THE SERVICE WARRANTY. I WAS IMPRESSED AND PLEASED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
