His main job is to get your house ready for energy saving. His work and his products are environmentally sound. Even if your house is perfect for energy saving, he will check for environmental things as well. All contractors should be doing this. He is amazing for that. He had to pull out some old insulation and rebuild a wall. He used new materials. I think he does mold inspection. He made sure my house was environmentally good. He went through my entire house. He made sure all my windows were sealed properly. He really made me feel better about my house. He pointed out few things that needed to be taken care of. He was really knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about. He does home inspection. He does everything. I am not sure if he does plumbing. If he does not do something, he will recommend somebody who does the work. He has a crew that does work for me. I had a leaky window. He opened up a wall and fixed everything. He pulled out the old insulation and pulled out a couple of wallboards. He put in new insulations. He and his crew were really thorough. They took care of everything. I spent $300 for the work. He is very knowledgeable. Everytime he comes out, he does a free inspection of the house. I only have to pay for the work. He is always right. He keeps everything well maintained. He does not charge me for coming out. He is a really good contractor because he always has an eye on what would affect the environment. He can help with a lot of different projects. I call him for everything. He will take the time to talk to me and answer all my questions, even if it is on the phone. I will definitely use him in the future.
