Excellent company to work with.The owner is very detail oriented and it carries through to the entire company. The designer knew exactly what I wanted. The workmen were professional, courteous. We appreciated that the company was availble 24/7.

Bath and Kitchen Specialists was thoroughly professional throughout this job; from design and proposal through construction and follow-up. The designer blended our ideas with practical considerations gained through her years of expertise. It was difficult for us to make some choices, and the company's computerized renderings as well as an extensive selection of sample materials helped us visualize the final result. The initial proposal offered comparative costs for several options, and the final revised contract prior to construction was extremely comprehensive and detailed. The company's extensive experience with the peculiarities of older homes enabled them to cost out items that other contractors would list only as "time and materials." There were no surprises in our budget. In addition to the accurate financial estimate, we received a time guarantee. Because Bath & Kitchen Specialists does only one job at a time, and subcontracts only for electric, they were able to promise and deliver a 3-week project completion, where other contractors were estimating 3 months. There was absolutely no down time on this job. The technicians showed up every morning and worked until all the items on that day's schedule were completed. After suffering through other seemingly endless renovations and maintenance, we appreciate how unique and valuable this is! I am picky about quality workmanship, and I can't say enough about the skills of the technicians. Whenever there was an aesthetic option, they consulted us before moving ahead. They were fussy about detail and did a beautiful job on some complicated tile work. Kohler shipped a toilet with a hairline crack that other contractors might have missed or installed "as is." The technicians found the defect, removed the toilet, and got a replacement. 1-1/2 years later, everything is holding up well. The technicians were also considerate and friendly. Conscious of the disruption of remodeling, they did what they could to minimize it. They kept a clean work site and helped us keep track of kids and pets underfoot. When the job was completed, we received helpful instructions on maintaining our new bathroom. After one year, we had some trouble with a towel rack and toilet seal (our fault for not tightening things down as instructed), and they fixed it up for us the same day that we called. We were so pleased with the experience that we have hired Bath & Kitchen Specialists to remodel another bathroom and our kitchen this summer. This company is truly a gem!

They did a good job. We liked the design and their workmanship. They only did a part of the bathroom and they left everything else in tact nicely and everything matched up. They were on time and they did the designing. Everything has been working fine since then and we haven t had any problems. The price was the same as the other estimates we got and it was good.

Excellent job, they helped with design, choosing tiles, floor, cabinets and counter. Started soon after contract was signed and down payment paid. Same two workers everyday, once job started they stay with the job until complete. They offered suggestions and tweaks as job progressed. Final result is beautiful.

Work well and with minimal disruption. Dan and Mark were so easy to work with. They came on time, work late and explained everything. The designer Lisa did a great job with the drawings before we signed. I would recommend them without hesitation.

When we originally had this company do a previous job for us they did a fantastic job and I was very pleased. We recommend them to our neighbors who later had their kitchen done by this company. On this instance they did a good job. There were new workers and they were not as educated as we would have liked them to be. The owner was very good though and he made sure to continue with a job that he basically could have quit on. The work ended up being so bad from the previous builders that the studs had to be repaired.

I was very pleased. The workers were clean and organized, and the work was completed in 6 days. There is not one thing that I would have changed. The designer made suggestions that improved the overall look and function of the bathroom.
