+ -1 moreWe purchased a washer/dryer combo from Jason that he said was "in-stock". Delivery was promised the next week. The day before delivery we were called and told we could get the washer delivered but the dryer was "several weeks" out yet. A month later we were promised a delivery on a Thursday. SATURDAY we had a dryer delivered. The vent was not set up correctly, although that had been asked for several times. We will now wait another four days for hopefully the correct dryer to be delivered. For all of this annoyance, cash and time wasted going to laundromats we were graciously offered "free" delivery of the correct dryer. That and a totally useless $50 gift card that will never be used since we will never use this company again!
