Customer contacted us 9-22-20 via Angie's List Message Center. We called her and spoke with her by phone 9-25-20. She needed a few posts replaced rather quickly. We apologized that we were already booked out for work for this year. We did give her a few recommendation for someone who could do her project quicker and cheaper for her. She told us she was very appreciative for that info! We were confused why she would have left this report! We called and spoke with her AGAIN 11/7/20. She denied even being on Angie's List for a LONG time and she didnt leave a report... We were trying to explain the details of our initial conversation and she hung up on us! Tried to reach her by email provided as well with no response! We have great pride in our business and in our reputation! We call everyone back - even if we are unable to get to their project in the time they want it. Very disheartening since we did speak with this customer and spent extra time with her to help her even though we were not doing her project!

BAD! What else can I say
Description of Work: All style quality fence is everything but what these reviews suggest. My project was not done correctly. The fencing ordered was incorrect. Unfortunately, the written receipt was written without any specific information. No brand name of fencing was written on it. I've had other fence companies call it "bait and switch" I paid for excellent fencing and received cheap quality. Even after the mistake was made regarding the incorrect type of fencing in one of areas, the owner was very defensive instead of sorry. He didn't suggest helping fix the issue. I'll have to hire a new company to fix this issue. He was very good at patting himself on the back instead of LISTENING to what the customer wants! He didn't care if work was done wrong, it was done. NEVER USE THIS FIRM!!! I trusted these reviews on Angie's List! I can't believe I'm the only one to get this negative treatment. I may not use this service again. He must have a lot of people he knows writing fake reviews!

There was no mistake made. Our contract fully explained in detail what was being done. Footage can be fully measured out and the amount installed is correct as clearly stated in the contract. Material ordered IS correct and aluminum fence has brand name stamped right into the material! Customer saw us take it out of the factory sealed boxes with the brand name all over it as well! The chain link is vinyl coated (which you can see and feel) as contract stated! Each material is of very high quality and has the longest and best warranties on the market as well as customer satisfaction reviews. Customers were both happy with it when we were done and paid us for the work. It was a complete surprise when they called us back. They called us back a few days after it was installed because they told us they wanted one of the sides to be aluminum instead of the black chain link installed. They tried every way in the world to blame us for not going against our agreed contract terms and tear out the newly installed fence and have US pay for the upgraded material. They had paid for 42' of aluminum fence on one side of the home's frontage and that is what they got as stated on the contract. They wanted black chain link on the remainder of the job to save on cost. We went over this several times with both of them walking back and fourth all through their yard. During install, (with chain link all up and installed) my head installer and I both walked over a couple questions with her about the chain link and the gate that they now claim was supposed to be aluminum. Her question was why the 2 chain link gate posts were not level on top. We explained we didn't cut down the custom gate posts to height yet. There were no issues about it not being aluminum then either! We spent 2 1/2 hours with this couple upon initial estimate laying out in detail what was being done. Their minds were not seeming to be there with us. Although upon our chatting they were telling us about a couple people they were working with that they got "incredible deals from because they didn't have it in writing to cover themselves or they grossly under-estimated wrong to their benefit." One of them being a fireman on his time off - and she sounded proud of what they did to him! We brought this to their attention when they called us for the changes and may be why they are saying we patted ourselves on our backs. Our contract did the exact thing it was mean to do. We were very defensive as she stated. We made no mistakes! They were absolutely trying to take advantage of us. (We were there for 4 whole days in which they could have voiced their opinions if they felt this way! She watched us build the whole fence.) They told us "we should have just known what they wanted and should have NOT followed our contract!" We did MANY extras on their job including using custom welded posts for their install and did not charge them for. We did agree to do some extra tree cutting in which we have still not been paid for! Our crew needed to do a concrete saw cut by the garage where a free custom welded post was being placed. Our crew asked her if she could move the car parked right by the area so we didn't damage it. Our crew said she started yelling at them and got irate with them! She told them she couldn't move the car and to NOT even get any dust on it! The behavior of the wife puzzled us throughout the job like this! She was very different every time we saw her. She would be very friendly and talkative and other times very mean. She tried changing things along the way even asking us to move her fence line back and go on her back neighbor's property as well as several other strange requests. We later found out from our installer the husband came out and explained she could not move the car because it was his and he had the alcohol ignition interlock and she could not breath into it to move it. (A simple "no" would have been sufficient. There was no need to be nasty to our crew!) A lot more made sense to us after learning this! Why we thought they couldn't keep attention? And why the behavior was so erratic? To try and smear our good name and make false allegations is just unacceptable! Especially since you couldn't bully us to get your way!

Description of Work: They came out and provided a quote, described the work and plan, helped me with permits because I was dealing with cancer, and did a fabulous job. They were always in time, and supportive in anything I needed or guidance on the project. I loved their recommendations and trusted them. They never left me hanging or worried or waiting. They were professional, courteous and always called me back. Coordination was needed with other contractors and they were very flexible with my needs in timing.

Description of Work: We had a fence installed around our back yard to help keep our dog in. Very professional service. High quality materials used, so the price is a bit higher. Absolutely worth it. Description of Work: All Style installed a vinyl fence around our (sizeable) side yard, including one regular gate and one double-width drive-through gate to accommodate the yard service's riding mower. They were courteous, punctual, and showed amazing attention to all the details. Our fence has been through two and a half Wisconsin winters, and it is still perfect and beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased!

Description of Work: Remove old split rail fence in three places on property: 2 along drive-way and 1 along east side of property. They worked closely with city of Franklin planning department to ensure the fence was placed correct based on underground utility gas lines and other utility lines. Also, they ensured that the power mower was able to clear the bottom rail.

Wonderful. They tore out the rotted fence, put in new post, cemented, and installed a new fence and gate. They took the old fence away and put everything back: hose, etc. Everything was cleaned up. It was nice to come home to a new, nice-looking wooden fence.

Everything went very smoothly. Steve returned my call quickly, came out to my house the same day and after we agreed on everything, he installed the fence within two weeks. It looks great.

Steve and Amy were extremely helpful during the estimate visit. They provided insight and suggestions over and above our expectations. Their high quality standards were apparent in the conversation. We did not continue with the fencing project as planned so it did not go any farther than the pricing stage, however All Style Quality Fence would have been our choice had we proceeded. They were not the lowest estimate, however we are confident we would have been in good hands with them.

THIS CUSTOMER WAS LOOKING FOR TWO OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE FENCES ON THE MARKET. ON BEING A CUSTOM COLORED VINYL SYSTEM AND THE OTHER BEING A COLORED, WOODGRAIN VINYL PRODUCT WHICH IS VERY COSTLY. WE JUST DO NOT BELIEVE IN USING ANYTHING BUT THE BEST MATERIAL AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT USE ANY RECYCLED PRODUCTS. EVERYTHING WE PUT UP IS 100% VIRGIN VINYL WHICH DOES COST A LITTLE MORE, BUT WILL NOT SNAP OFF IN THE WIND WHICH WE HAVE SEVERAL PICTURES TO SHOW YOU THAT DOES HAPPEN. WE MOST LIKELY WERE COMPARING APPLES TO ORANGES WITH OUR PRODUCT VS. THEIR OTHER ESTIMATES. AS A LOT OF COMPANIES ARE PUTTING UP A RECYCLED AND/OR THINNER MATERIAL. WE ARE VERY CONFIDENT THAT WE ARE PUTTING UP THE BEST/PROBLEM-FREE PRODUCT ON THE MARKET.

These are the people to hire if you need a fence! I hired them just in time to avoid the busy season, so the fence was planned to be installed very quickly, but I got a great surprise when I came home to find my fence installed two days earlier than promised! The fence is very high-quality, and the installation is extremely professional. I am so happy with the job that they did, that I recommended them already to a coworker! They kept in touch with me the entire time so that I would know how things were progressing. They are also very friendly people. The entire experience with them was a pleasure from start to finish. The fence and gates look great.

Steve and Amy came to the house and gave an accurate estimate along with a detailed explanation of the work. Once we contracted for the work to be done it was completed within one week! The final fence and gate is the highest quality we've seen! They take great pride in their workmanship!

My experience with Steve and Amy was excellent. They gave me a fair price for the repairs and did superb work. Steve is a very skilled carpenter and repaired the gate in a craftsman-like way which did not involve tearing things out and needlessly replacing them. He was quite enthusiastic and involved with his work. An old time carpenter friend of the family inspected the work and remarked on how well it was done. They also completed the work way ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to everyone; it seems they have a nice array of fencing "talents", and are professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Description of Work: Repaired part of back fence ripped out by garage construction. Also repaired front gate, which had literally broken off its hinges.
