When I called Steve to provide an estimate he was very informative and told me he'd have to wait for some snow to melt before he could give me the estimate. True to his word, he called and made an appointment to give us an estimate after our first warm weather had made navigating the yard possible. He was on time for the appointment and gave us a lot of information to make our decision. Once we decided he came over to write a contract and collected 50% down which we felt was very fair. Once our supplies were in (less than 2 weeks!) he called diggers hotline to have our yard marked for power lines, etc. He asked us to call him once this was done and two days later he was digging holes for our fence posts. By Noon the next day we had a beautiful new fence. Steve was so wonderful to work with and was true to his word from start to finish. He was always available by phone if we had questions -- we never had to hunt him down for answers. This was a very enjoyable experience for us.

It went great! Though I initially found four prospects to do the job, I met with Steve first. He worked around my schedule, was punctual and gave me a good estimate. After having met him, I felt no need to search any further and called a few weeks later to schedule the installation. He had materials within a week of that call and the job was done two days later - beautiful solid fence, period. Exactly what I'd envisioned is exactly what he delivered.

We found Steve via Angies List. He was among 5 companies we called for estimates and information. We were looking for a durable but attractive fence with safety features to prevent our children from getting to the pool without adult supervision. Of the contractors we considered, Steve was the most responsive and gave great explanations of all our choices. The price was competitive with the other contractors, but he was the only one who came on site to give an estimate. When the materials arrived, he came promptly to install with his partner. She was also very thorough and quite kind, especially with my children. The job took two days, and at the end of the first day, all the tools were cleaned up and put away neatly. We were impressed. We are very happy with the work, and it is indeed true quality.

It turned out to be less than originally estimated because we had to move it back 8 feet from what we planned due to codes. I was very pleased with them. He really listened to what I wanted, and we were on the same page. He and his wife are a wonderful team! I interviewed many people, and he was the one that understood what I wanted with the garage bumpers. In regards to the posts, they will stay in the ground, and he gave me attachments for the wooden fence to make it easy to put the fence up when winter comes and remove it again in the spring. He really thought out of the box and gave solutions that were best for me. He really personalized their service to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The price was comparable with other estimates. They were great. It was a small project and we asked if they could get it in within 30 days of the contract so we could paint it. He wasn't sure, but he was able to do it. He was a pleasure to work with.

Great job by Steve and the rest of the team. Steve and his partner (sorry, I don't remember her name) are great at giving advice and what they think will look best. But they are not pushy at all. He just offers his experience and advice on what would work best for our needs. He described how the fence would follow the curves of the land, the rise and fall. All of this with the pictures on the website helped us get a good visualization of how the fence would look and if it would give us the right feel we wanted around our home. A fence isn't something to take lightly for us since so much of our backyard is fenced in. It really needed to compliment the house. By us going with the vinyl 4' picket it complimented our house and yard perfectly. Our backyard is still open. So we didn't have a privacy fence put it. It was mainly to keep in our dogs, but Allstyle offers all types of fence and materials. I suggest getting the recommendations on different options. They will put in whatever fence you want, thousands of combinations of design and material but they do know what they are talking about. Go to competitor websites to see even more pictures of the types of fences that are available if you can't see it in on Allstyles fence or in the hundreds of pictures they have in their photo albums. Just be sure to come back to them for the install. Oh, and by the way, it was half as much as what it was quoted by others. Try getting a quote on a custom made vinyl fence and you will see. This isn't standard pannels you buy at Home Depot and the lower cost from Allstyle isn't a reflection on quality. The fence looks as new as the day we got it. We have two very large dogs (over 100 lbs) and the fence is perfect for them. The fence gets hit by my lawn tractor every and then, gets beat up by the weedeater, gets beat up by the weather and sun. It is over a year and a half old now and still looks brand new. The materials he gets are of incedible quality. They take care of everything too. Calling the digger's hotline, install, etc. Also the two man team of installers were great guys. I think one was working in the summer while home from college and the other guy did this year round. Both very professional and hard working. They must of put up close to 300' of fence in three days (1 day for the posts, 2 days to build a custom fence from one end to the other). Again, no sacrifice in quality. My wife and I are so happy. Again, this review is after 1.5 years of when it was installed. We will never have to replace this fence or do anything to it. The warranty is lifetime guarantee. Since we won't have a need to hire another fence installer because of the quality of the one we have, all we can do is recommend strongly to go with Allstyle.

From start to finish Steve did a perfect job! The old fence was stacked neatly for pick up and all debris was cleaned up every night. The new fence is beautiful!

Steve was very helpful when I called him to schedule an estimate. He provided a lot of good information over the phone, and that continued when he and Amy arrived to give us an estimate at our home a couple days later. Steve offered great ideas for the placement of our new fence and brought up things we hadn't yet considered. Steve uses cedar boards and pressure treated posts in an effort to delay rotting. Steve's price ultimately came in 50% higher than the other two highly-rated companies that we received bids from. While we are convinced his fences are of superior quality, we were not able to justify (or afford, for that matter) the additional cost. Steve is a friendly, approachable guy with experience and great ideas. Even though we ultimately chose another company to complete our job who offered similar high quality materials and an extensive warranty, I would encourage other Angie's List members to consider All Style for their fencing project.

They were great about keeping in contact with us, and communicating with us about the job- e.g., letting us know when the materials were in. They completed the project according to our timeline. The fence looks great.

We hired All-Style Quality Fence based on the Angie's List reviews, and we were not disappointed! We had an 8' privacy fence placed around our lot. Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive and prompt. The quality of their wood, hardware and workmanship was unparalleled. They were also careful around our neighbors' plantings. Several neighbors have commented on how beautiful the fence looks. Outstanding. They get an overall A+++ from us. Don't hesitate--they are the real deal!

I e-mailed for an estimate, and they completely blew me off. They refused to give me any information via e-mail, so I called. They said they didn't think I was serious anyway, and they didn't want to spend all of their time coming out to give me an estimate if it wasn't going to turn into business for them. I assured them that I was very serious in getting a fence installed, and they again blew me off and told me to call them back when I was more ready. (For the record, their Web site does claim they give free estimates.) When I said that I would have to give them a negative report on Angie's List, they actually laughed at me and said they had a representative at Angie's List who wouldn't allow any negative feedback to be posted since they were a "gold star" company. I felt very helpless and frustrated. I couldn't believe how rude they were to me, and they didn't care at all.

We needed to get a fence installed around a small back yard (just adopted a dog and you know how that goes). We contacted several companies to get estimates. All of the estimates were within 2-300 dollars of one another but All Style was clearly superior to the others because they could adapt the fence and materials to our yard and they clearly had the experience to the work in a knowledgeable way. When we first called for the estimate, Steve answered, set a time, and then he and Amy arrived right on time to take measurements. They gave us the estimate right away. Throughout the process, they explained our options, showed photos to illustrate, and were very detailed in terms of what they could and could not do. I was glad to find a company that was willing to go into detail about their work to help me understand things. Even though they were providing detailed explanations about the reasons why they were a good company, I never once felt like they were pressuring us into choosing them--it was just a good, informative conversation about the fence and the cost for installation. So, we contracted with them to install the fence. On schedule, they arrived and began the installation. On all days, Steve was there as well as Amy and Mano. If I had a question, I was comfortable going out and asking and they'd give a clear answer. Everything worked out to our 100% satisfaction. The fence is very strong, very straight, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the price. I highly recommend this company if you are planning to get a fence installed. I've recommended the company to my family and neighbors and will continue to do so.

They arrived on time to do the job. The price was reasonable. They did a very good job. They did the job exactly to what my specifications were. They did a very good job cleaning up after. It was a difficult job because they had to tear down a gold chain link fence, which was embedded in some trees, so it was not the easiest job for them to accomplish, but they did it professionally and on time.

Very well. Their estimate for a nearly identical job was several hundred dollars lower than another company (which was highly recommended to us), and they seemed far more knowledgeable about some of the issues involved. There were some technicalities about City of Milwaukee fencing regulations that they were unaware of: once we brought these to their attention (after visiting the permit office) they promptly revised their plans and quote (ended up costing less than originally quoted). The quality of the hardware they used in the gates is very good.

Not the lowest bid but worth it because of the quality of the work and the top quality fencing materials used. Steve gave a detailed written estimate. He showed us a photo album of jobs. He is on the job personally from start to finish. The two others on his crew are great. Lived up to his word on start and finish times. What more can I say? I highly recommend them, beautiful job.

They took down the old fence and replaced it with a new one. They replaced some railroad ties for me also. They were very straight forward. Excellent workers and left the place better than they found it. The job took only two days.

I am in agreement with most everyone else's reports here; Steve and Amy are very professional, take pride in their work, and did a great job. Fences are expensive, but they gave me the option of using cedar in the front and (cheaper) pine in the back which made their quote very competitive.

We needed to replace our 22+ year old stockade fence. Before we could, we needed the property owner that is behind us to replace his 6' x 93' retaining wall which hold up our back yard and has been sinking due to the deteriorating retaining wall. Solicited 4 quotes. Chose ASQF. When the property owner behind us, informed us that he would be tearing out and replacing the retaining wall in a few days, we called ASQF to tear down the fence thinking that ASQF would be back in 2 weeks to install the new fence. Unfortunately, it took the property owner behind us, over a month to get the job done. Steve Judkin, at time of accepting his quote and giving 50% down for ordering the wood, assured us at that time that he would work with the neighbor's timetable and as soon as they were done he would install the fence. Even though it took longer than we all thought, Steve was a man of his word. When we called on Friday 8/15/08 that the wall was done, he scheduled to install the fence the following Tuesday, 08/19/08. Steve, Mano and Ken were at our home by 7 am and the fence was completed by 5 pm that evening. There was one hold up but they were able to persevere and complete the job. The final cost was higher than original quote due to needing a little extra fencing. And the best thing is everyone who has seen the new fence say WOW! Nice Fence.

They showed up on time, did what they said they were going to do, they were very responsive and really wanted to make sure that we were pleased with job. They were very meticulous about their work.

Steve was awesome to work with. He made a total of three stops at the house including the installation and he was right on time every time. Steve talked me through everything that needed to go into putting up the fence and everything that I needed to think about when deciding where and how to put up the fence. When the day came for the installation Steve and his crew showed up first thing in the morning and got right to work. They tore out the old fence, loaded it up and started working on the new fence. They were done by mid day and even left me some attic stock of boards. Steve walked me through the completed fencing. He took the time when putting up the fence to make sure all the details were covered including ensuring access to the disconnect box for the air conditioner. The fence looks great, couldn't be happier.
