Air Quality Controllers LLC

I have used Air Quality Controllers in the past, three years ago to be exact, and will continue to use them for future service. I purchased the "Deal" and was contacted within 24 hours and given an appointment date that I had requested. The team, John and Ryan, showed up five minutes early (of the one hour window) and went right to work, finishing in a little over two hours, including the additional air duct and AC coil cleaning. What I like about Air Quality Controllers is that they do not multi-task as some companies and include carpet cleaning, etc. They are task specific, and I believe the "quality" (no pun intended) shows.

Friendly staff, arrived on time. They showed us how dirty the ducts were and did a great job cleaning them in a timely manner.

Went well, they did as they promised, and quickly. He suggested I get a new filter to replace my electronic filter, but told me the wrong size. Other than that, they did well.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They were reasonably priced. From what I have heard, other companies charge more and provide fewer services. They worked with my husband and they were very professional and explained everything to him. They completed the job quickly. They were very courteous and kept the areas clean. They did a great job! Everything was very good.

I called AIR QUALITY CONTROLLERS to see if they would still honor the coupon but, because they no longer had any record of our purchase they would not.

took 2 guys about 3 hours moving at a good pace. You could tell they do a lot of these jobs. showed me before and after pics. I got a price quote over the phone for 2 furnaces and all vents and that is the price they stuck with unlike another place that came and tried to jack the price up by hundreds. Told them to hit the road. Very impressed with the price and the job.

Everything went well until I got home from work and discovered that they had damaged the drywall upon removing their equipment. We contacted the company and they sent someone who repaired the drywall. They did a great job of mudding and sanding the drywall.

Purchased the duct cleaning special on Angie's Big Deal. Added on dryer vent cleaning, which they gave at Angie's List discounted price. While inspecting equipment, determined that the A/C coil needed cleaning due to large quantities of mold and debris. Added this at Angie's list discount too. There work was very professional I recommend this provider for all. My Asthma was 100% improved the very same day no coughing, sneezing awesome results.

Since they have done this we have less dust and cleaner air.

We are satisfied with their work. My only suggestion to a service provider like this, is that they provide some kind of indication of how clean or dirty our ductwork was before they began their work. Perhaps they should provide photographic evidence of before and after they cleaned the ducts. Otherwise, I have no knowledge of what they did or how bad the ducts were.

Thought John and Ryan did an excellent job. They answered all the questions we had. They made sure we understood what they where doing and kept us informed step by step. Nice and friendly.

Did not clean all ducts and did not clean all ducts well. We specifically asked whether they were going to move a desk in order to get to a duct. They said that they already had done so. When we later checked we could easily see that they had not done so. Other ducts still show dust or dirt. They move like a whirlwind through the house, so you cannot monitor all of the work. We do not think that all ducts were cleaned. After posting this review, the company contacted us and promised to remedy the problem after the holidays, as we requested. Based on this promised response the grades have been improved.

Donny and Anthony are professional, hard working and very polite gentlemen. I am completely satisfied with their work, showing me photos of the air ducts before and after. I made an excellent decision to hire Air Quality Controllers for this job and have and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

The two technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional. They answered all of my questions and provided feedback as they worked throughout the morning. Before and after pictures were shown to me and I was so grateful that I had made the decision to have this done. I highly recommend them and will work with them again when get the ducts cleaned in another 3 years.

It went very well! I used it within a few weeks after I purchased it. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They explained everything what they were doing, so just step by step of what they were doing.

Team was very punctual and professional. A several hour job, they worked efficiently and took time every half hour or so to confirm I was comfortable with their progress and questions. This project required a couple of doors be open and is very noisy. It was helpful the work was performed on a very nice fall day. I'm very happy with the level of work performed and the result. The only negative I would like to mention, is the propensity to up-sell other services. Ignoring that, I would still hire them again.

Best-case scenario!! They showed up on time, completed everything to my satisfaction, were friendly, polite, and professional, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, finished when they said they would, and left no mess; the final bill was exactly what they said it would be. After cleaning all the ducts and vents, he inspected the furnace, offered optional services (cleaning the air cond coils, cleaning the blower fan) but NO pressure to buy extras...even showed me how I could do the fan myself if I had the ambition and knowledge. Best part, the air quality in my house is incredible...decreased allergies in two family members already!!! I'd use this company again in a heartbeat. THANK you, AQC!!

Vince and John were very respectful, and explained in detail what they were about to do. Both gentlemen were professional, and friendly.

I called on Friday and spoke to a very helpful and courteous person who informed me of the current special pricing and scheduled my duct cleaning for 8:30am on Monday. The two man crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do, how they would do it and went to work. When the duct cleaning was finished I was shown before and after pictures of my ducts and asked if I would like to have a sanitizer applied to the ducts for an extra $35 to which I agreed. I was shown where they had drilled, cut and plugged holes in the ducts and the condition of my filter. Overall the process went well and I am pleased with the results.
