Jon and one of his coworkers showed up at the time they told me over the phone. Jon explained everything upfront. They were very professional and did the job extremely well.

We went for the $299 special for clean & sanitizing and added the extra for cleaning the AC coil since we wouldn't probably have this done again for about 5 years. They were able to schedule us quickly, arrived exactly on time, were courteous, professional, respectful & proficient. We were VERY happy with the results - they indicated they cleaned out 18 pounds of dust & debris from our duct work all caught by their vacuum system. We will be breathing better from now on as well as our AC/Heating system will be working more efficiently. I was very pleased with the value we received & the staff that did the job!

We had extra things that we wanted done so the price ended up being higher but for just the duct cleaning it ended up being just the price of the big deal.

They work very efficiently and showed us before and after pictures of the condition of the ducts. We have noticed a difference since the ducts were cleaned

They were clean, courteous, respectful, thorough and punctual. They seemed to be competent. I can't take an oath to that effect because I did not climb into the vent system, before or after. The pictures they took with their smart phones were not particularly clear. All in all, it was a positive experience.

Everything seemed to go well. There was some debris left on the floors near the grilles that I had to clean up, so that's why I didn't give an A rating for quality. Also, they asked permission to clean the AC coils and exterior unit and I said to go ahead and do it (for an extra charge). Less than a week later, we had a contractor come in to tune up the AC and he spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior unit, which had supposedly been cleaned already, but he showed us how filthy it was. We called Air Controllers and they refunded the money without hesitation. They took care of us and wanted us to be happy customers.

I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed by all 3 of the employees who were in our home. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. They were willing to provide whatever service I requested and answered all my questions. They explained everything they were doing and reviewed what they had done when the work was completed and no mess! They cleaned up everything and made sure I was satisfied with their work. The cost of the service was exactly as it was quoted to me when I scheduled the appointment, no hidden costs. Very pleased with their service, will use them again!

Two young men serviced the ducts and phoned to say that they would be 2 hours late, and was that OK. I said yes. It was lucky that my wife was staying home, because I had to go to a scheduled meeting right after the servicemen got here. I confirmed with the lead serviceman that the price was $299, and he said there could be additional charges depending on what they found in looking at the system. Before I contacted the company , I thought I saw on Angie's list that the ad for the company ad said cost would be $299 but a $75 discount was offered. Then, I phoned the company and the sales person there said the $75 discount applied to a price of $374 , so the cost would be $299, which was somewhat confusing, but I agreed to it. The basic duct cleaning was $299, but my wife agreed to extra services like sanitizing the ducts, which brought the total bill up to $418. I returned home after the cleaning work was done, and the serviceman showed me before and after photos, which indicated that the cleaning did remove a lot of dust from the ducts, according to the photos he showed. Both servicemen were very pleasant and courteous. Neither one wore duct masks , which I thought would not be good for their lungs if they do this type of work for any length of time. A day after the cleaning, I noticed that one of the register covers had not been refastened to the wall, so I crews from my work bench and refastened the register to the wall. We have had reconstruction work done in this condo for the last four months so there was no doubt plenty of sawdust and plaster dust in the ducts, which I assume now has been cleaned out satisfactorily. We had a coupon and it cost us $200 total. They did a really good job. It was quick and easy. I stayed home and watched them work and when they were done, they packed up and left everything clean.

3 guys/4 hours - GREAT job! They were clean, respectful of furniture and belongings in home.

John Beltmann and Ryan were fantastic! They scheduled the appointment immediately upon receiving our request and showed up on time. They clearly outlined the timeline for the work and kept us up to date during the process. They helped educate us along the way, and very professionally made us aware of options that would keep our system clean and running longer. Informative team, not pressure sales. Truly a whole system approach!

John and Ryan arrived on time and were friendly. As a team their operation was smooth and efficient. Items that need attention were pointed out and explained. I liked that the cost of the duct cleaning was based on square feet and not by how many vents.

This was really good! They were on time and very professional. There were two gentlemen that came. They cleaned the air ducts with machines that were set up outside. They agitated the air ducts and removed all the vent covers. They returned everything to its original location when they were done and cleaned up after themselves. They offered to clean the AC condenser unit for an additional $50. The whole process took about an hour. Overall I am satisfied with their service.

Got the deal through angies list big deals - however, on calling them, learnt that the reported sq footage for the house was 100 sqft over the terms of the deals - apparently, they only charge by sq ft and not how many vents / returns are there. I was told it will be $100 higher due to this - which i didn't feel was fair but did it anyway. The service was great however. They took before and after pictures of the vents and returns and showed me. Took about 3 hours for 2 people to get it done. They were very professional.

Everything turned out well. The price was reasonable, they showed on time, and they did a good job with the work.

They reported on time, and offered to clean AC unit coils. I was not home during visit and my daughter declined. Overall very good service.

After purchasing the big deal AIR QUALITY CONTROLLERS LLC were very prompt in getting back with me to discuss the job. After speaking with the service provider, due to the extra cost that would be added, I decided the price was too much and to cancel the deal.

It went great. They showed up on time, and were very efficient. They did a great job. Everything went smoothly.

Every thing went great. They were here on time and were very pleasant to work with. They did not leave any mess behind. We would recommend them.

On time (early - which was good), professional, thorough. A/C wasn't part of the deal, but they checked it anyway and it had some debris so for an additional fee they took care of it too. Cleaned up when done. Ducts look great.
