Description of Work: They cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. While there I had them check a couple other things about the heating/cooling system. For a few dollars more they corrected some issues that could have resulted in future problems.

Description of Work: Cleaned all air ducts and vents in the house. Also cleaned the a/c unit. They were punctual, friendly, professional and efficient.

Description of Work: We decided to have our ducts cleaned after an extensive remodeling job at our house. The two servicemen arrived promptly on time, were courteous and considerate, and explained the duct cleaning process thoroughly. They took before and after photos of the ducts which they shared with me; I couldn't believe the difference. I would highly recommend the duct cleaning services provided by Air Quality Controllers. They were truly professional.

Description of Work: Performed whole house air duct cleaning. Very effective technology which eliminated quite a bit of construction dust and debris from HVAC system as a result of some recent remodeling projects. Service team was punctual, considerate of our house and friendly-professional. House air is already improved. We would use this service again.

Description of Work: After our cat moved out, we had all our air ducts cleaned and a special spray applied due to cat allergies. The person I talked with on the phone was very nice. The two workers showed up exactly when they were scheduled and were also very nice - I'm sure I was their first appointment of the day (8:30 am). The reason I gave a "B" rating for quality is because this is one of those services that you can't see the results. I wished I could have seen a before and after picture of the inside of all vents so I could see the clean for myself. I had hoped there would be a fresher smell after they sprayed for allergens but there was not. There were two very large holes cut into our duct work which I suppose is necessary, but I was surprised how big they were. They patched and sealed them up afterward. Two days after the cleaning, I felt a coating of grit on all the floors. I'm not sure what that was. I vacuumed and haven't noticed it since. I have been wanting to have my ducts cleaned for years so now that I have, my final feeling....I hope that having the ducts all cleaned really did make a difference. My furniture still gets pretty dusty from the forced air, but I have to believe it did help. After this and a ton of other house cleaning that I did myself, my daughter-in-law, who has a severe cat allergy, had no issues at all when she stayed in our house several days - and the heat was on a lot because it was cold. The cost was a bit much but probably not out of line with a good cleaning. I feel like anything less would probably be a sub standard job.
