Saw before and after photos of ductwork and there was a huge difference. Before was hardly recognizable and after a nice clean duct. Can't say that I notice it on a regular basis, but is makes me feel good to know that I am not breathing in all of that dirt, and dust!

We hired them to clean our air duct and cold air return system for two different homes. The first home they did a great job on in addition to taking pictures of the clean ducts. They did charge more than they first quoted me though. The second home they did not take pictures as promised and did not even clean all the ducts as they could not get to the ones in the back of the house apparently. Also I had to call them back as they must have closed the air flow into our bedrooms after they cleaned because our rooms were not getting any heat. I had to hassle them to come back to make sure the rooms were getting enough heat and even after they came I ended up needing to call our furnace guy because it was still off.

They did the job in about 3 hours for my 3BR, 2BA, 1200sq-ft ranch. They offered some add-on services at the end of the job which I agreed to: cleaning of the A/C coil; anti-bacteria treatment.

My husband was there, and he said they were very professional, and he got to see the before and after photos.

It went very well. They were very efficient and explained the whole process. The 2 gentlemen were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

They arrived, cleaned the ducts after removing the vent covers. For an additional fee they cleaned the coil in the HVAC. It took about 3-4 hours for a two-story, 1600 sq ft house.

Did a great job. Workers were very careful in our newly remodeled home and cleaned up well when done. We will surely use them again in the future.

Great job. They showed up right on time. They were done in no time at all, with out a single piece of lint left behind. It was a big job, I honestly thought it would cost more.

everything went according to plan.

It went very well and we didn't make it easy for them. On the day the tech's came out to do the cleaning we experienced a power outage at the house. One leg of our power from the electric company so we only had a few outlets that worked. I called the company in advance to see if they wanted to reschedule but they said it wouldn't be a problem and they would just bring extra extension cords. They got 2/3 of the way through the job and WE Energies told us they would be cutting power to the house so they could fix the outside damage. When the tech's heard that, the focused on anything that required power, got it done, and wrapped up the remaining tasks after the power was cut (some of their gear runs on gas motors). Overall, the tech's were great, management back at the office was accommodating, and our furnace filters haven't been cleaner. Great job and would use them again in the future.

When the 2 gentlemen arrived, I had to ask there name He just said hi, I from air quality quality, I then ask what is your name, and he told me. I ask them to wipe there feet because I had white carpeting in the living room. He explained to me what he was going to do. I found one of the guys sitting on my beds when they were vacuuming the vents, I really didn't like that. Both of them asked to use the restroom. once they were finished they left a lot of debris in the basement were the hose was near the window they use to connect the vacuum outside. there was a lot of metal pieces on my desk and floor. I had to sweep the basement and do a lot of wiping down in the basement due to all the debris they left. I was not very happy with that.

Arrived as scheduled, job took as long as promised. Only minor downside was they forgot to turn on the furnaces when completed. Naturally, easily corrected by flipping the switch when we noticed heat don't return. Workers cleaned up well after job completed. Would use again. Since a duplex, I much appreciated the "duplex" rate which was well below just doubling the advertised rate.

Not sure if they were supposed to clean up afterwards, but our basement was left in a mess.

Ryan and Mike did an excellent job. We'd use them again in the future.

The gentleman that came were very friendly they did a good job except forgot to put a couple of the vents back on

Originally I thought they did ok until I had another firm do it this year. Now I know how it should be done. They took off the vent covers and vacuumed but it didn't seem like they went far enough in to clean the entire duct judging by how long the hose was. They only took about an hour and half for the whole house, which is a tri-level, 15 vents. I also didn't see them sanitize it which was obvious when this outfit did it. The outfit I used this year took 4 hours and went much farther in to clean and had different equipment to sanitize it.

They were wonderful! The two guys who came were very respectful and thorough. They did their job quickly and well, and made sure to check with me that they hadn't missed anything. They took before and after pictures of various vents so I could see the difference. Very satisfied.

For the most part, things went very well. The technicians were right on time and polite. I felt like I was having a bit of trouble with allergies in our new house (16 years old) so we had them out to clean the vents and it may have been my imagination but I swear my breathing was feeling better before they had even finished the job. They offered to change my furnace filter for me but I declined since I had to return it after buying the wrong filter at home depot. However they must have removed the filter (accordion style with little separating tabs) and unfortunately finished the job without replacing the filter correctly with the tabs. So unfortunately when I went to check the filter for the correct model number, I found it crumpled into a ripped flattened heap in the air filter compartment with most of the separators broken (some were broke previously but more were broken now). I just wish they had told me they were having a problem with it instead of leaving it. Other than that they were very professional, polite and friendly and i wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I think it went well. But it didn't solve the odor problem in my home. Still trying!

We recently remodeled and moved into a new home and had them come out to clean the duct work. The two men that came out were friendly, professional and diid a great job. They explained everythign that they would be doing and didn't push to sell me any extras although I did add on a cleaning for the air conditioning coil. All in all I was really pleased with their services and would have them back again.

There was some question about the size of my home based on city web site info but they came out and checked and found out the city web site on square footage was erroneous and they scheduled the work. Showed up on time and did a good job a followed with thorough clean up.

They came right when they said and it took maybe 3-4 hours. They were very nice to work with and did a good job! I really felt good about the experience.
