Bought a coupon through Angie's List. Almost immediately the company contacted us to see when we would like to schedule the cleaning. The call was very courteous and professional and there was no problem with us delaying as we had not decided on a date yet. When I called back the following week I again received very courteous and professional response. I asked for the cleaning as soon as possible and they were able to come the next day. The men arrived on time the next morning and performed the cleaning quickly, quietly (well as quiet as anyone can) and efficiently. They also advised on replacing the filter and recommended an a/c coil cleaning (they showed me how much it needed it so I got them to perform this extra service). They were completed within 3 hours and showed before and after photos of the ducting so I could see their work. Overall, very satisfied.

Was able to schedule a cleaning with just a couple days notice, they were on time and did a great job. Pulled a whole lot of dirt and dust out of the house.

Arrived on time, professional and courteous

Decided on this company after calling for quotes. Techs. arrived in a timely manner & got right to work; they were friendly with our dogs. The A/C coil cleaning was added on after inspection. The team worked smoothly getting the work done as predicted. The lead tech, John B., was very helpful with maintenance suggestions & resources. Can't compare the heating results as the winters are so different between 2012 & 2013 but the dryer finishes a load in half the time it used to take. If I could, I'd give them an A+.

I was pleased with what they did. It was good. The service was fine. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves and I appreciate that a lot. I'm assuming that they were thorough. They were responsive.

Very good experience with the company. They were on-time and professional. They cleaned every vent in the house- flat rate pricing. Will use them again when the air ducts need to be cleaned.

The techs disconnected the phone and internet connection and I had to call Time Warner to discover the issue which took over an hour. Further each room had a distinct dust smell. The carbon monoxide protector somehow had the blind strings wrapped around the outlet and parts were on the floor. The dryer is no longer balanced. I called the company and Joe came out that same day. He stated that the dust smell was coming from outside. He stated that his two techs had noted that also although no mention was made of it to me. My neighbors do use a fireplace pit in the evening and do burn wood but had not done so that day or on the three previous days. Friends who came over that day could not smell anything from the outside but did smell something like dust. Joe suggested that I open the windows and place the furnance fan on high. He did replace the carbon monoxide protector. The next day the odor was still there. Joe again came to the house with a new air filter and a charcoal filter that was supposed to take away the odor. Gradually the smell dissipated. I must admit that Joe was great in addressing the smell odor and replacing the carbon monoxide protector. However there were issues with the service performed.

The technician came on time and explained the process. He went to each return in the house and in the basement. The job was done neatly and efficiently.

The two young men who did the service did a very good job. They completed the whole job in about two hours. I was most satisfied with the whole experience.

This is the second time we have used this company and have been pleased both times. The workers are polite, professional, friendly and offer honest, helpful advice regarding the service provided and how often a home owner should have air ducts cleaned.

The guys were on time and very professional. They explained everything to us and described what they would be doing. It was kind of wet out, so they put covers over their shoes. They cleaned up well when they were all done. We were very happy with them and would call them again.

The crew arrived exactly on time. They completely explained the cleaning process and reviewed the furnace and ducting system with me. They set up their equipment and began work with little disruption to my family. The pictures taken of the duct work showed a great amout of disgusting dust build up. Once they were done, they took pictures again of the same spots previously shown and what an improvement! They also cleaned the A coil that was completely clogged and full of mold. The 2 man crew was very curteous and professional. They removed all registers and reinstalled them and cleaned up any mess. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend this company. It is very rare to find a company and crew that takes this much pride in their work! My heating system now blows a greater quantity of air throughout the house. We find that dust levels in the house are much less and we breath a little bit better.

Everything done professionally except for one item. Did not finish putting duct plug back into duct. They forgot to put the plug in. I did it without too much effort.

Excellent experience. Don promptly answered the phone when I called for a quote, and was friendly. He was able to schedule me for the next day, which was great. When I saw the equipment they brought I knew from the get-go that they were going to do some serious cleaning! John and Tim came out on time (even a bit early). They were, courteous, informative, and just geuinley nice guys. They told me ahead of time what they would be doing, and kept me informed as needed during the process. They had to work at removing a few register covers due to years of paint, and they did it without damaging the walls or covers. They were neat and efficient, and went beyond what I expected. When it came to cleaning my dryer vent, they cleaned the entire area surrounding it. The BEST part is the results! They took before and after photos and there is NO question this company properly cleans air ducts. NO dust after they were done! It's worth every penny! I highly recommend this company!

They sent out 2 techs, John and Nick. They did a great job and were sweet guys. Everything was clean and nice. They were very helpful and gave me lots of information on my unit.

It was the worst day of the year. Roads were shutting down due to a heavy wet blowing snow storm and yet they arrived on time. they did everything professionally and quickly. They left no mess and everything was put back in its place. I felt bad for the two young guys that had to come out on such a bad day, but they took it with a grain of salt and got the job done.

Did an excellant job. Very professional and friendly. Went right to work and cleaned up after them selves.
