We noticed the effect immediately. It took a lot longer for dust bunnies to appear. Before the cleaning it seemed like we were regularly getting not only dust bunnies, but dust rabbits or dust elephants. Of course, dust still accumulates, but not nearly so fast. We will definitely consider having this cleaning done on a systematic basis. The technicians who came to the house were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

The service was fine. Just be warned if you have pets (we have cats) that there is no place for them to hide and escape the incredibly loud noise as the ducts are being cleaned since the workers go to every room and the basement. If you can remove your pets from the house during this service it would be best.

Things went well. They did a good job and were very professional and thorough.

The provider showed up on time and they were very professional. I showed them around the house and they reviewed the services I ordered. They got to work right away and explained all aspects of the service to me along the way. We have a home built in 1966 which has had some updates along the way and as new owners we were unsure what Air Quality would find once they opened the ducts up. The provider explained what they were doing and suggested additional services, with Angie's List discounts, based on poor service the last time the ducts were cleaned by another provider. They left everything very clean and our air conditioning is running great and we can be confident we are breathing clean air!

Everything was done on time and with extreme professionalism. They cleaned up after themselves (one of my pet peeves with other workers I've had in my home). They were punctual with few interruptions to our day.

When I called, the scheduled me right away and showed up on time ready to go the day of the appointment. They cleaned out all the ducts and performed an antibacterial treatment in the ducts as well. They also cleaned the AC coil. They did a great job overall.

These young men were great. In addition to doing the work they had contracted for, when they found that the previous people who had done air duct cleaning at my home had dislodged one of the ducts--a duct that was in a very difficult place to reach-- they went out of their way to find a temporary fix for it, until I could have it properly repaired. I was very appreciative.

I have used this provider before, prior to joining Angie's List. When I saw the deal, I purchased it right away because it was a substantial discount from when I use the provider previously. Or so I thought. I didn't read the fine print, and when I went to book the appointment, I learned that because my house is more than 2300 ft.² there is a $100 up charge. This makes the deal not so much of a deal and pretty much what I paid last time. I am a relatively new home owner, and am somewhat of a novice when it comes to home maintenance. This is the very reason why I joined Angie's list. Maybe it's just me, but I find the provider to be quite expensive. There are plenty of air duct cleaners that advertise what appears to be the same service for truly a fraction of the price. Truthfully, I am not entirely sure that they are worth the money they charge, but given that I don't know any better, and given that they are so much more expensive than competitors, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that the service they provide must be worth it, or they wouldn't stay in business. I will say that they are always pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Very well. Cleaned out the dryer vent and took time to answer my questions. Brought 3 furnace filters ($83.04 - 16X25 Honeywell) and made sure I knew how to install them and provided recommendations as to when to replace the filters.

Cleaned our air ducts ... it appears that the builder NEVER cleaned the air ducts ... this was 6 years of stuff finding it's way into my house makign it dusty -- there were chunks of wallboard, sawdust, etc. We could actually see it. Donny and Anthony were professional, explained the process and did an amazing job. I can tell the difference. I was seeing floating stuff in the air when the sun was shining ... NO MORE! I would swear by these guys. In fact, I am raising this up at our next condo association meeting -- I am sure there will be others. You can get offers for cleaning for $100 ... it is nothing compared to having professionals come in with the right equipment. The best ... It took them 2.5 hours to complete their work ... we are in an appropriately 2,000 sq ft condo.
