Description of Work: They cleaned all of our furnace vents. I doubt this had been done before. Only problem I had was that they moved a cabinet that held glasses to get at a window and when we went to move it back, some glasses fell out and broke. It would have been helpful if we had known they needed access to the window. We could have taken out the glass items and moved the cabinet ourselves.

Description of Work: Before my son and his wife moved into their new home (built in 1981), it was recommended they have their ducts cleaned. I found Air Quality Controllers on Angie's List and the two cleaners were professional, cheerfully answered my many questions, were efficient, no muss or fuss (I was worried about possible residue falling onto newly installed carpet and hardwood) and in and out in about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking to have this service done.

Description of Work: They did duct cleaning, sanitizing and A/C coil cleaning. Everything was great. They were very respectful of our home. They showed before and after photos of the duct cleaning which was most helpful. There was one hiccup..we would have liked a heads up that the vibration created from the duct cleaning loosened dirt on the exterior of the ducts in the basement. If we had known that this would happen, we would have covered items stored below the ducts. Overall, we would recommend them to others and we would use their services again.

Description of Work: I paid extra due to the size of my house and an extra service I chose. I had the ductwork cleaned once several years ago but that company did a superficial job compared to air quality controllers. They showed me before and after photos that were amazing. They worked very hard for over 4 hours. I will never hire anyone else to do the job. These guys are great!

Description of Work: Performed job as promised. Work was done in a professional manner, however the results after several months the results have been disappointing as far as dust collecting on floors and furniture.

Description of Work: The company went out of their way to make certain their work was satisfactory. On top of that they exhibited consummate patience in attempting to trace duct work that I found out later never existed! Do not hesitate to call upon them for service.

Showed me before and after pitchers, which I really appreciated after seeing a 20/20 show about how they come in and don't really clean out the ducts that scared me. The 2 guys that came to my home were very nice they cleaned up everything and moved the furniture back. I couldn't of been more pleased!
