ADVANCED DUCT CLEANING ASSOCIATES

Advanced Duct Cleaning was referred and set up for me by Donovan & Jorgenson, who recently installed a new furnace, A/C, and Hepa air cleaning system in our home. (and very well by the way) When Bob arrived to clean the ducts, and after a walk thru of the basement, he told us it would not be worth it for us to do the duct cleaning. The reason being that 3/4 of the basement is finished with a drywall ceiling, therefore blocking his access to a substantial amount of the ducts. And because we are in a townhouse style three story condo, there were also too many twists and turns to our ducts. Bob was very honest and sincere in his explanation of all this and we could tell he takes great pride in his work (and ethics) to have taken on a job that would have been less than well done and a waste of our money. We were not charged anything, but learned a great deal from Bob.

Bob was very professional and friendly. He is very responsible and takes a lot of pride in his work. He showed up as promised and did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. He removed all the hot and cold air vents, cleaned the duct work, cleaned up after himself, (very little mess and only in the basement) and put everything back together. 20 ducts on a 2 story house took 4-5 hours.

Bob was prompt, thorough and efficient, and I thought the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again!

It was a positive experience. Robert was professional. He was respectful of our schedule that day and didn't want to get in our way. He kept the floors covered and didn't make a mess.
