Excellent service, price, and speed. I called my usual heating/cooling service (NOT Absolute Comfort Services) this morning and they told me that they were charging OT rates today (Friday) and they could not get anyone to me today. I called Absolute Comfort Services because the Angie's List review made them sound like less of a big business operation and more like a couple guys with strong expertise and no BS. I got same-day service. I got an expert that showed up and completely solved the issue in less than an hour. VERY satisfied and would definitely use again.

Tech was inexperienced and had to check with his boss on an issue with the unit. Boss would not recharge unit, which is all it needed. Called another company and that tech recharged the system and BAM. Problem solved. So Absolute Comfort charged $100. to do absolutely nothing.

As stewards of the environment we could not responsibly add refrigerant to a system that was less than 50% system charge without trying to locate the source of the leak . Besides that the system seemed to have a restriction at the metering device which needed to looked into . The customer threatened me with an unfavorable review if we did not in his words " just dump some refrigerant in" like he has had done every year. We will not under any circumstances put our refrigerant handling license in jeopardy even under threat of my business being slammed because of it.

It was a simple problem but Josh was very professional and efficient. The company also only charges 30.00 for the trip plus the labor and material that will be needed for the jobs. Other companies on the list are charging more than 100.00 just for the diagnostics which is ridiculous.
