Description of Work: The Bristol Group never acknowledged my request nor did they respond to me. I have since contracted with someone else and wouldn't recommend them to my peers.

+ 1 moreBen was our contact. From our first meeting he was prompt, responsive, professional and collaborative. He returned with complete architectural design plans and easily made changes on the fly. Due to the impending cold weather, he worked quickly to get our job started. He estimated it would take 2-3 days and they did it in 2. There was a mix up with the type of pavers that got delivered, but even with that it was rectified before too much progress was made and it did not set back the completion date. He was on the job both days and was extremely accessible. They worked quickly, cleaned up when they were done and most importantly, did a beautiful job! I would hire again and definitely recommend to friends and neighbors!
Description of Work: Front yard landscaping: planted 3 trees, various shrubs and grasses. Installed two paver walkways and a flagstone perimeter around blue spruce and accents around yard.

Description of Work: The The Bristol Group landscaped our back yard. Ben was able to explain to me so well that I could actually visualize the landscaping. He provided an example of the job almost immediately. He was very pleasant, polite,& friendly. His crew did a great job & had it completed in 1 day. They cleared out & took all debris. The crew was also polite & friendly. It was obvious these men had years of experience. The work in our backyard was so good we decided to have our front entry way (steps, side walk, & and an area that was dirt & weeds) that was VERY UGLY into a beautiful entryway to our home. I noticed people driving by & slowing down to look at the entryway. Would we hire the Bristol Group again? YES!!!

+ -1 moreThe crew was on time and prepared and I was very pleased with the results. We planted about 2 trees and about 8 shrubs and 10 flowers. Though the job was pretty small, the crew did quality work and the plants looked great. They additionally did some transplanting for us which was a huge help. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: The Bristol Group landscaped our front porch lawn area and around the side of the house, as well as transplanting some flowers and bushes and weeding throughout our yard.

+ -1 moreBristol Group provided us an estimate for some landscaping work which included plantings and removing mulch and adding in stone. They were prompt in calling me back to setup an appointment and showed up at appointment time. They were knowledgable and listened to my concerns and needs and wants. I received a detailed quote and design document in less than a week. They were also able to provide me a 3d design that was SO helpful in visualizing the completed work. I asked for some revisions to the designs multiple times and received those within hours or less than a day! The designer gave me his opinions, dropped off sample stone and followed up with me to see if I had any questions, yet was not pushy at all in gaining my business. I ended up getting a few other quotes and ended up going with someone else based on the start date, but my experience with Bristol Group was great. I'd go back to get more quotes in the future.
