+ -1 moreHe gave me some great info on how to fix my pilot light on my own. Very informative and helped me save a lot of money from a service call. A lot of people would not offer up good honest info like that.

+ -1 moreExtremely professional service person. Timely, did what was necessary. Explained clearly what he was doing, and, equally important, what he was not doing because it wasn't necessary. Felt like he was spending my money like it was his. Cleaned and lubricated the units, which are quite old, but didn't recommend new ones or repositioning them on the platforms, since they had settled over time.
