+ 0 moreShane provides a maintenance service for $250 a quarter. He goes out every quarter to inspect the home. He has painted the place and done whatever it took to get the house up to par. He is very good and I appreciate him. He can do anything in the home. He also meets annual with the city when they inspect the home.
