+ -1 moreSimon and his crew were great. Very professional, hardworking, honest and reasonable. Simon was very detailed in his questions upfront. He explained that either he or I could purchase the items needed for installation. I decided to do that as he was willing to make a very detailed list and I shopped it around. It does take a little bit of time to hear back from him initally as he is Amish and does not readily have access to a phone. It is best to send him regular mail. After initial contact, he will provide you with his driver's phone number as a way to contact him. He does excellent quality work.
Description of Work: Replaced siding, windows, door and repaired other miscellaneous items inside the house just prior to selling. Most other estimates for this same work from other handymen were between $7,500-15,000. He charges by the hour for the work performed.
