Scheduled maintenance cleaning- 1 time a week, 1 time a month and so on.
Airbnb turnover - do linens, disinfect, dishes if any, vacuum, bathroom, over all check for cleanliness.
Organization of accumulated items within reason.
Bring my own supplies, unless your preference is that I use yours.
I do have a spot carpet cleaner for any small uh-oh’s. I also have a steam mop in my arsenal for cleaning specific surfaces that are safe for steam cleaning.
Dusting (my grandmother would use a white glove when we thought we were done dusting as children) will dust your ceilings if the home allows
Laundry- wash- dry, put away. Depending on volume ( will do what I can as I complete my cleaning)

In-depth bathroom cleaning
Plant care and maintenance- watering, moving if needed to give best sun each week.
Cabinet clean out- discard expired items based upon client preference. Vacuum cabinet, replace items. Clean cabinet face.
Wipe windowsill and dust blinds
I do take reasonable requests if there’s something on this list I haven’t mentioned.
