Mike was great to work with. He was very responsive to emails/phone calls, carried himself professionally and put forward a very reasonable bid. Our floors look beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and plan to use him in future home-improvement projects.

Wagner Flooring was easy to work with, they showed up on time and met the terms of our contract.

I was quite happy with them. They were very good. They were friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me get the materials mostly my furniture came back and moved my furniture after they finished. They showed up on time and there were no problems.

They were prompt, efficient, clean, and very nice. I was very pleased.

Mike is great to work with. We got an estimate from him based on a recommendation from a neighbor who was very happy with his work. We did four different projects spanning a period of several months. We started with new flooring in our living/dining room and were so happy with the result that we hired him for additional projects. We are very happy with the work and the finished product. There were occasional interruptions of the work due to other jobs he was working on, but this was not a real issue for us since we weren't on a strict timeline. We would definitely use him again.

Wagner Flooring had actually installed the flooring for us and he came back in July to fix a couple of small issues that we had. It was covered under warranty. I think they stand behind their work. I will use this provider in the future.

Excellent. We found major cat urine damage throughout our newly purchased house (what a mess this problem turned out to be). We interviewed 5 contractors. Wagner had the expertise to do all aspects of our project. He was recommended by a flooring supplier and we checked his references. He worked hard to make sure we were happy with installation. Good resource because he is knowledgeable about different aspects of flooring (qualities, characteristics, choices, etc.). Quality of work was high--end product looked good. Offers a 2 year warrantee on his work. Subcontractors installed carpeting. Was here during entire project. Was flexible in that we wanted a green installation (low VOC, natural products) and most contractors in this area don't' have much experience with that. He did a number of tasks that weren't in the original spec without charging us. A few product-related problems came up including a major problem with the bamboo flooring--the staples were causing dimples in the floor surface. Mike found the problem early and worked with the distributor to get it fixed (They upgraded the product--in the end it was the manufacturers fault). He was good on getting most things done, although I'd wish for more timely communication on delays and schedule changes and he overlooked two details (that were fixed) but given the chaos and complexity of our project, we had a good experience.
